ordered kitchen table and chair set on 1-02-had it delivered 3-31-it was damaged they have come out now times and still have damaged furniture ordered a new kitchen table and chair set on 1-2-was set up for delivery on 3-31-as we requested had to go back to store several times to deal with issues regarding the saleFurniture was delivered on 3-31-in which the furniture was damaged they sent another delivery out to replace damage product on 4-11-which also was damage they drivers didn't even bring it into our home because they saw the product had been damaged so again they would have to replace it for a third time which was 4-26-again the product was damaged in which the truck drivers had verified but when we talked to the company this time they wanted to send out a service tech to repair this furniture we told them we didn't want a service tech we wanted it replaced this is suppose to be brand new furniture why would you need to sent a service tech to repair br

Product starting to fall apart after years Purchased a living room set (faux leather) from Rooms to Go for my property rental business in Cudjoe Key Fl I then had one of my owners of another property buy the same set after months Both of our sets are completely frayed and literally breaking apart and falling apart in the structure of the fabric I called Rooms to Go and they said my year warranty was over and there was no recourse The fabric appears to be literally be dissolving in some fashion and separating Rooms to Go has had no interest or follow up to resolve the matter other than to say the year warranty is up Really? Would anyone buying a couch/loveseat set be expected to have that set for one year before it began to fall apart, quite literally We have both purchased another couch/loveseat set from another purveyor

We had two orders both delivered damaged, took weeks to even get the second delivery and it was damaged and took another weeks to get replaced Paid by store credit card, order #XXXXXXXX, $2833.31, [redacted] purchased on 9/03/ The delivery was scheduled a week from the purchased date The furniture was not delivered because the driver lied and said we were not home In face, my father was waiting with the front door open I tried to get them to come back but they would not send them I called the store and the manager was very unsympathetic to my complaint and when I said I would just want a refund he said ok, unwilling to assist me in getting the furniture my father called the regional manager and all he could do was make sure the furniture got to us but that took another two weeks Once it did come the driver arrived at at night and tore up my gravel driveway, and became hostile with me saying they could not make it to the main driveway once inside myself

Salesperson charged me, credited me and recharged me Told them I was paying cash out of my account Added an extra charge without approval The salesperson charged me $warranty without asking so I asked her to take it off She brought it to financial who (I'm sorry, I credited the whole balance by mistakeI need you to swipe your card again) the salesperson knew we were paying cash out of our bank account because we told her So I swiped for the second balance When I got home I had a message from the bank I was overdrawn by $I looked atY account and say two purchases from Rooms to go butO credit I called the store who wasDry rude and stated there was nothing they could do about itI had to wait until midnight to see the creditI asked what happens with the overdrafts I will get charged because they took and extra $out of my account It has.nOw been two days and there is still no credit They should be telling people these things before they are asking

A part of my new bed became defectiveThey tried to fixed it but the problem remainedNow rooms to go said the problem is mine because my tile floor When I purchased the new bed it was supposed that this bed is fully functional to any common floor (Tile), I was never informed about any related issueThe middle support leg is broken, a technician came and tried to fix itThis same night the same support leg failed againI have been calling RtoGo customer service several times (two weeks) and they said will call me later: no further call from thenIn this last conversation they say that the problem is my Tile floor, I said that my floor is very common and the problem is about its product qualityI think they must supply and effective answer and action to solve an issuedHow are they going to sell a product that has problem over a very common kind of floor (Tiles)and don't let customer know about that at the purchase moment?
