Lack of compliance with furniture coverage whic was purchased with furnitureHave has furniture approx months I purchased a complete living room furniture set from Rooms To GoAt the same time I purchased the furniture fabric protection coverageWithin weeks of the purchase there were unexpected spotsUnexpected because I was told the company had applied the protection before delivery and it was suppose to protect the materialI have called the company to request a cleaning at least timesThe last technicians stated that Rooms To Go would contact me and have the stains professionally cleanedThen rooms to go would come back and reapply the protection coverageI did not hear from RTG so I called and was told that I had to have it professionally cleaned at my expenseI was shocked because it was clearly stated by the technicians that RTG would do the professional cleaningThis furniture is not even a year old, it was expensive and the same spots from the first complaint
