We received our original set of couches from RoomsToGO in Jan-Feb The order number was: XXXXXXXXIt was the Cindy Crawford Home Van Buren Burgundy Pc Leather Sectional and the Salesmen Bill told me and my wife it would last a lifetimeWithin 8-months of having the couches the leather was peeling on the couchesWe contacted RoomsToGo and they provided an exchange for the pieces that were peelingWithin 1-months one of the chairs broke and the leather was peeling once againWe contacted RoomsToGo again and they did not want to provide an exchange of the damaged chair and peeling leather on the same piecesThey eventually sent a technicianThey approved us to select a new set of couchesWe at first tried to get our money back as this was unacceptableThey explained this was the best they could doWe tried speaking with Bill once again and

We bought furniture from rooms to go on 2-11-with a scheduled delivery date of 2-16-When rooms to go delivered the furniture the chair had scratches on it along with power issuesThe switches on the chair were backwardsThe couch seat was not properly connected eitherI called customer service about the chair first, because I noticed it first, and they told me they would have one delivered the following weekWhen that chair arrived the delivery man looked it over and decided that it wasn't acceptable for delivery and said he would send out another oneA week later the 3rd chair had been deliveredThis chair worked for weeks (give or take) and while it was in the reclined position it stopped workingI called rooms to go and they told me it would be about weeks before they could get someone out here to look at itI explained to them that the chair was in the reclined position in my living room and that it was very inconvient and he told me there was nothing he could do

Have had nothing but problems with all of the products that were purchased
Sofa sleeper cushion are flat agian, ottoman leg came damaged was repaired before delivery and was repaired horribly, rug is pulling in several places

First time visiting and purchasing at Rooms to Go,my in store experience was great,Kim Sour sales associate at our Raleigh NC store,made it a GREAT experience,Kim was very detailed about products,kind,patient and very knowledgeable and answered all our questions,however on delivery day,every thing turned out very disappointing and upsetting for my family.Delivery was on time,they came early,but they did not call before arriving,glad I was home,anyway,did not receive some items with my order.I did not receive dresser,they had the mirror,NO dresser,did not receive motion-essentials mattress for bedroom set,at this point I'm UPSET,since I took off from work to be home for delivery,and it took a WEEK in a half to get items delivered so I decide to call customer care center,that did not go well,I was connected to a very rude,nonchalant customer agent,whom did not apologize or show concern,he only gave me another delivery date which was two weeks away.I called Kim Swhom was my sales associate,whom gave me her business card on the day of purchase,and told my family to call her if we every need anything,so I called Kim and spoke with her about the bad experience I had that day,right away Kim was empathetic and apologized,and told me she would look into it and find out what happened,Kim asked if she could call me back the next day,to give her time to look into the incident,I told her sure,minutes later,I receive a call back from Kim,Kim spoke to her manager and I was refunded back my delivery fee,Kim is amazing and prompt,she definitely takes care of her customers ,I cant thank and praise her enough.Overall experience with delivery was awful, I will not purchase anything else from ROOM GO,I see why the negative reviews out weigh the positive,I don't have anything good to say about Rooms go,but I will give my sales associate Kim Sand excellent review for customer satisfaction,she knows how to treat customers

No refund or exchange policy
I paid a very large amount for a sectional and ottoman even though I only wanted the sectional I was pressured into buying the ottomanThe sales person never once told me there was a no return policyThe day after the furniture was delivered, I called to return the ottomanI was told they didn't sell used furniture which is ridiculous because I had it for one day!! Horrible customer service!! Horrible sales person who was pushy and did not inform me of the poor business practiceI will NEVER buy from them again and will be sure no one I know will either!!!

I'm absolutely mystified at the sheer incompetence of the Rooms To Go organization after my experiences over the past daysI ordered almost $8,of furniture, which was delivered on Saturday, October The shelf I purchased had a gouge in one area of the wood, but I asked that it be assembled anywayAlthough I was understandably upset that my brand new furniture arrived damaged, I opted to simply cover the gouge rather than wait for a replacement

Rooms To Go Delivery Men Destroyed My Hard Wood Floors and after making me jump through their hoops for repair never repaired and ignoring my calls

I bought a queen bedroom set from rooms to go the delivery was all wrong the bought the wrong head board then we had to wait a another week
