My console love seat needed repairs after only a few months of use Rooms To Go never fixed the problem, even after replacing parts
My console love seat needed repair and was never fixed Rooms To Go took up the whole warranty period ordering parts and stalling They have horrible communication between their customer service deptand repairsThey can't track parts or delivery and don't follow up on repair orders
The cushions on my love seat sag to the outsideAdding more foam was the repair techs only solution It did not solve the problem They ordered replacement cushions but only one showed up at my homeThe technician could not repair it on-site so I had to re-order the missing cushion and then schedule a shop repair, all with departments that don't communicate with each other
In the end, the cushions STILL sag towards the outside of the couch

Rude customer service and after mattresses still a defective mattress in my house
Lowered my credit card limit wothout my permission
This all started approximately year agoI bought a mattress it was defectiveI was sold a kids mattress and not informedIt has been exchanged and upgraded times and still defectiveOne of the exchanges happened the next day so I spent a night without a bedI tried to purchase more items and my credit limit was decrrased without my permission yet the automated recording says different than the customer service associatesEven after all the inconceniences with multiple defective mattresses I am still a loyal ccustomer

I paid for stain replacement and they will not replace the stained cushions even after they verified that it is still under warranty
I spoke with Jonathan a representative from Rooms To Go about a stain on my couch despite the "stain protectant" that I purchasedJonathan verified that the couch is still under warranty for this and the cushion could be replacedI also let him know my new address/place of residence and he said he would follow upHe emailed me today 5/8/saying that I was outside of the rooms to go areaThis is actually not true as the company gives you the option to order/ship items to Oxford MS and they have stores/locations near my areaThey do not want to replace the cushion that they tricked me into buying "stain repellant" for and are trying to lie to me about the reasoning

On or about July 3, my husband and I purchased a dining room set including a table, chairs, a bench for a total of approximately $(order # XXXXXXX)The furniture was warranted for one year against defectsThe chairs and bench have performed very wellUnfortunately the dining table was defective in that the surface was unreasonably soft as was the finish Scratches immediately started to appear despite all reasonable efforts to prevent them, including use of place mats, trivets etcIn January I called Rooms to Go provided by them for warranty service and on January 24th they set a representative to examine the tableHe took pictures which I felt did not reflect the extent of the scatching, said the table would have to be replaced since the defects involved the whole top of the table, and that someone would call I did receive a call which to my surprise denied my claim without explanation

I bought my kitchen table months ago and now it has swelling from moisture in the table from cleaning it Rooms to go is refusing to do anything
