You better PRAY nothing goes wrong because customer service is terrible! It's been months and my furniture is STILL not fixedThe movers didn't show up in the appropriate window time (which threw me off and was late for work), and as they were moving my sofa, broke the legThey clearly were not prepared or familiar with the proper process of moving furnitureThey sent in a request to have a new leg delivered but I hadn't heard anything for about weeksAfter the two weeks, I decided to call and of course, the leg was NOT on the wayIt wasn't until after I called that the leg was shippedAlso, Rooms To Go will NOT work with you as far as window times even if they are at faultI live alone so when a technician is sent, I am the only one who is available to be presentOnce I received the leg, the technician came out (again, they never come when they are suppose to so I was late to work) to fix my sofa but the leg they sent me was crackedI hadn't noticed because I left it wrapped up until the technician cameI then had to struggle to get someone to come out and fix my sofa againnew legs were sent to me (two were cracked)I tried to schedule a technician to come out MULTIPLE times after that but like I said, RTG WILL NOT work with youWORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERI am PAYING FOR BROKEN FURNITURE

I purchased a sectional that the color/fabric was discontinued after just months of my purchaseI was offered a re-selection but after looking at all the other couches, I don't like any of themI fell in love with the couch I have that is currently ripping apart more and more every single day (that was the reason it was discontinued) and I want a refundI called customer care and they told me that I could get a refund no problem at any rooms to go storeI went to the one that was closest to my work to take care of it and they told me they don't do refunds, when I told them I already spoke to customer care and they told me I could then they changed their story and said I have to do it at the store I originally bought the couch fromSo I immediately called the original store and explained the situation up to that point and was told that they don't USUALLY do refunds and offered the same couch in a different color (that's not going to work for me, I need the couch in the same color and fabric or not at all)I have been strung along with no matching stories and I want my refund since rooms to go no longer has the couch I wantThis should be a no brainer! I am a very disappointed and frustrated customer!

I purchased the cloth Laney Park Light Gray Pc Sectional on January 3, and at first I thought the set was perfect for my modern/contemporary living room spaceI loved the versatility of the set, etchowever a few months ago I started to notice wear of the couch set and the tiny "balls" the set began to develop on itThe set is rarely used or sat on because no one is really never homeThe way the cloth is wearing you would think someone is on it 24/I would love to have this set replaced because I've owned serveral cloth living room sets and had them for years and NONE of them ever wore out as fast as this oneI'm beyond highly disappointed and would live if the company could make things rightIt's getting to the point you can barely sit on it in shorts because of the way the fabric is now aggravating your skin because of the ball like things it has developed on it
