I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I am VERY upset this complaint has been closed!!!! Rosegal.com STILL continues to send me spam, I have "unsubscribed", repeatedly!!!!! I have told them I am NOT interested in their "junk" but they CONTINUE to send me sale announcements,etc!!! This remain the WORST company I have EVER dealt with and I still want to pursue a claim/complaint against them!!!! I should receive a refund for the JUNK they sent me!!! They keep stating that they are "sorry" for this situation which I feel is a load of CRAP because if they were they would just issue a refund stop sending me sale announcements, etc!!! I responded to your latest email, I stated I do NOT accept their response, OR apology!!!!! Thank you [redacted]
