I have been very happy with the service I have received from Rottler. I have a general pest control plan with them and ***, my technician is always punctual and professional on his bi-monthly visits.

The inspection for dead animals was inadequate. A mere walk of the perimeter of my attic and got onto my roof. That is it. There was not an attempt to go through the insulation in my attic to find a possible entry point. The service man claimed to have taken my furnace flue apart and had a strong possibility of an animal being in there. The flue itself could have been seen from the top of it to the end where the flue cap was. Very disappointed with how this entire problem has been handled. I was told they would contact the surrounding condo owners and inspect their units. They have not contacted anyone much less conduct an inspection of anyone's unit. The odor of decomposing animal is horrific and has been for more than 30 days. The charcoal odor bags are useless. I will never hire Rottler to come do anything in my current or future home, EVER!

I was very pleased with prompt scheduling for a mice problem. The serviceman was prompt, polite, knowledgeable, and thoroughly explained the processes and follow-up. I am looking forward for the services received today to help to alleviate my problem, and will appreciate the return service to monitor the situation. I believe that the price for the service is fair. I prefer patronizing local businesses, and I and am very satisfied with the service.

Our technician, *** is wonderful. He is always punctual, pleasant, and professional in manner when he exterminates our home. We also had a racoon problem this summer, which was handled by a different technician, with success. I have used Rottler for 20+ years and am very pleased by their services.

Very happy with Rottler. We had them out for a wildlife situation this spring, and are also on a pest plan, he is always here when he says, which lets us make sure our small dog is shut in the house. We haven't had ant problems inside or out since we signed up. He is friendly also.

We've used Rottler for several years now for pest control. First called them for swarming termites. They have done a terrific job of getting rid of termites, spiders, mice and other common household pests. All their technicians are professional, courteous and helpful.

We hired Rottler to eliminate our moles. This did not happen, we continue to have mole trails daily, while they went through and took most of the traps. We paid alot of money and the contract says they will continue to come out, but they are not doing that. They also never talk to us when they come by the house. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

He identified the bugs, and initiated the heat treatment project quickly. This is a difficult treatment in the best of circumstances, however we were dealing with my husband recovering from several broken bones due to a fall. James handled everything
calmly and helped us with the heat treatment details. I would recommend this company to anyone.
