We spoke to the customer and issued the refund today

We spoke to *** *** and asked her to forward some documents to usWe explained that the warranty she purchased was $1,not $7,We will seek a resolution

We will be refunding the customer $When the check is ready for pickup the customer will be required to sign a release

Howard spoke to the customerWe canceled the warranty, and he explained to her the rest of the feesOffered a goodwill of $

[redacted] spoke with Ms. M[redacted] and we have offered to give her a goodwill of one months payment as well a reimbursement for tolls which totals $266. We have inspected the vehicle and have found nothing to be wrong with the seats or the tires.

Howard made an agreement with the customers lawyer to pay half of the customers disposition fee.

We have paid [redacted] for the first two invoices already. We overnighted the last check yesterday on 11/23/16. Check number [redacted] in the amount of 1,260.

We are processing the refund for the customer. She has also been provided with all of the documents she requested.
