AWFUL service. Truly awful. The parts I received were COMPLETELY non-functional. Avoid at all costs.

Where to start?! First off it was good, with a few defects, but was able to work around it. It's like that send the good stuff the first time around to retain customers. After a few orders in the quality was getting crappy. It got to the point to where I was getting used parts. I could tell because the stickers wasn't on the headset holder. Now on to the lifetime warranty. They may state on the website, but when it's time to request a warranty defect you're caught talking to yourself in your own emails. Poor communication with customer service. I've ordered from multiple cellphone providers and customer service wasn't an issue. It's like pulling teeth to get a response, which I personally will not spam your inbox or call multiple times. Adhearing to your word and integrity in the business world should be the first when doing business. I've sent in some iPhone 7 plus screens because they were faulty when installed. I have not heard back from you'll since June 19th-22nd, 2018. Will not conduct business ever again.

Ordered a charge port and it stopped working a week after

The transaction was quick an easy overall. I did have an issue. During the order process but they were quick to get back to me and assist me with my purchase in a timely fashion.

This company will not answer the phone I have tried calling for over a week all hours of the day, I have sent emails they responded to a couple until I shipped faulty parts back that has been almost a week ago so now I'm out the money buying the parts and shipping them back and still no parts

Purchased a new screen for my iPhone from this company. It came a day late and did not work. Local cell repair shop said it was a defective screen. I requested a refund with no reply. While waiting for a reply I bought a second screen thinking maybe it was a one time thing. I paid extra to get it shipped quickly to get my device up and running. It's going on day two and the order is still processing so the expedited shipping was a waste. I refuse to do any further business with this company and would NOT recommend to anyone.

Got nothing but 5 stars for these folks @ RepairPartsUSA. I ordered a stylus for my note 8. I received it damaged but after contacting Jay @ RepairPartsUSA He immediately had a replacement stylus on the way. So, as far as problem resolutions are concerned these folks has got it together. Kudos Jay...and rest assured that there will be further orders and recommendations from me..again thks RepairPartsUSA...

I wanted to return items they refused to allow me to. The items were less than 3 days from receipt and un used. I decided to purchase a new phone instead of replacing battery

Shipping was fine, but the part was defective and I could not talk to a customer service person live or chat online with one. I left a detailed message with no response back. I ended up using the 40 dollar part for extra parts. I bought another one on eBay. I do recommend this parts shop.

I ordered from the company twice. First purchases was an iPhone 6s plus screen for $38.95. I sent the screen back because it didn't fit my phone. I worked with the seller to return the screen which was returned 04/17/2018. My return process was removed from the site after 2 weeks with no communication from the seller stating the screen had been received. I called my bank got a refund and ordered from the company again because I was reassured by a friend that the company was great for iPhone 6s plus screens. I ordered another screen for $30 and that screen didn't fit my phone either. At the time I didn't know I ordered the wrong screen because I was told I was sold a different model then I actually was. I then called my bank got a refund and entrusted my mother to ship the screen back. Apparently, she never did so and the seller contacted my bank and told them that the first order of $38.95 hadn't been received but the screen for $30 dollars hadn't. Which is completely false, I emailed the seller and the seller proceeded to call me a liar and because I sent via my school's postal system without a tracking number I am now forced to pay back $38.95 for a screen that was $30. The seller was rude and I wouldn't recommend purchasing from a company that is clearly dishonest.
