Ordered a replacement I-Phone 8 plus replacement screen with small parts installed for $49 plus shipping. Did contact repairpartusa.com with an email and received an immediate response! Screen came packaged very well and brand new. 3 hours later I have myself a new phone after installing the screen and trouble shooting on Youtube for assistance. Apple wanted $200 to fix it NO THANKS!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SITE FOR PRODUCT QUALITY AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They sent me the wrong item and even with picture proof they still did not want to help. Also want to charge a restocking free when the item came in an open envelop. Will not cover shipping cost even when it is their fault.

I placed an order on May 27. I was charged the next day. I was told that I'd get a confirmation in 24 hours. I got no confirmation, no shipping number, and no item. I've sent several emails and still I have no confirmation number. I called the phone number on the website only to be sent to voicemail every single time. Extremely unprofessional!

I've ordered repair parts before and great to have my phone working again. Not bad service when ordering online , via phone. Would order more parts in the future

Horrible! Told me it shipped, website still says processing. Sent me a link for tracking that goes back to their website with an error. Why lie? I purchased from them because the are close in mileage so I thought I'd receive it quickly. It's a battery I am in need for ... I have a bad phone. At this point I don't trust what they will send me.

Just received the item. My apologies. Just couldn't see any tracking on the tracking number given.

Horrible service. Placed an order 4/21, never received shipping info. Sent email to company last week, still no response. Called during customer service hours, no answer, left a message requesting information. Almost a week later still no information or call back. Avoid this company at all costs.

It is taking a long time to get my product.

I ordered my parts last week and had not received a shipping number, when I emailed about it I was told the parts had shipped Saturday. I wake up this morning (4 days after it allegedly shipped) to see my shipment has just been given to the post office. I don't mind the shipping taking a little while, but being lied to definitely makes me want to take my business elsewhere.

Very economical. Works perfectly. Instructions to use given by your company on YouTube were very helpful.. so proud of myself I programmed garage remote myself.

The spen for my phone was horrible. It was not working properly when used. The tip was not touching properly and cheap material.

Ordered several parts for an iPhone 8. Only negative comment I have is was told via email that I would be notified when order was shipped. Never received that notification. Did receive two notices. One for order received, second for order processing. Nothing for order shipped. Otherwise great experience. Received in a timely manner, parts were of excellent quality and were well packaged. Would recommend to other customers.

Horrible customer service. I received a screen I ordered last week and it did not work out of the box. I've tried to contact several times via emails, text and phone and have been ignored. I got one email telling me to return the broken screen, I have to pay shipping, and if it's determined I did not break it, they'll send me a new one. Do not use this company.
