What kind of place charges you fees for Same as Cash ?? Rip off??
Ok so please explain to me why you charge a monthly sales

Tax on? Also 6 months same as cash is just that...pay off in 6 months and pay no interest or fees right? Not this place. You better read these papers...it a scam. I can’t imagine what they are charging people who are paying off over a long period of time. You’re better off to get a 18 month interest free credit card and pay that way... Of course trying to actually talk to someone is impossible! Should have know something was wrong when I did t receive a bill or payment book or anything from them. Please take a look at your papers before agreeing

I have a contract with RTO national for a [redacted] StorageFirst of all I had requested my due date to be changed to either the 10th of each month or the 24th of each month to coincide with my paydateI spoke with my "account manager" Felicia and first she tells me she can change it and then she tells she cannot change it and I would be assessed a late feeThis is unacceptableIf a company wants money from a consumer they should be able to accommodate when that customer is able to pay them without a late fee Secondly my sister and I are splitting the payment for this storageWhen we tried to pay online we could not spilt the payment and upon calling in we both encountered rude, nasty "ghetto" employees who could care less about customer service and helping their customersWe have called into RTO national a total of times and each time we get a Black woman who is ready to start an altercation when all we are trying to do is pay the company they work for

MrS [redacted] was misinformed regarding his refundHe entered in to a consumer rental purchase agreement with RTO National Our customers have the option to return the product at anytime and a refund of the deposit RTO National called MrS [redacted] and explained to him his deposit would be returned once the building has been picked up We are in the process of scheduling a contract driver to pick up his building MrS***'s complaints regarding the quality and craftsmanship of the building would need to be directed with the dealer who sold him the building and the manufacturer RTO National provided the financing

Mrs [redacted] entered into a Consumer Rental Purchase Agreement on January 18,As stated on page section of the Consumer Rental Purchase Agreement "This Agreement begins on the date of delivery and expires the 5th of the month following one month from the date of deliveryYou can renew this Agreement at your option for additional one-month terms by making a rental renewal payment on or before the 5th of each succeeding month."We are unable to change Mrs [redacted] due date, all our customers contracts have a common due date of the 5th, this was communicated clearly to Mrs [redacted] and also communicated we would gladly work with her but if we don't get a rental payment by the 7th day after the renewal date (5th) she would occur a $late chargeA copy of her agreement can be provided if needed

On February 13, I was applying for credit with my husband R [redacted] H [redacted] to purchase a Utility Building from [redacted]  in [redacted] , NCThe company they use for financing is RTO Finance LLC, [redacted] ***, [redacted] , South Carolina ***I was trying to get the low interest rate advertised for 9.9% and borrow he amount needed of $12,to purchaseI authorized along with my husband to check our creditLater that day I received a call from the sales lady at [redacted]  D [redacted] that there was a freeze on my credit and I needed to take it offI told D [redacted] with [redacted]  I would be back on February 14th, to take care of it On February 14th I returned to the officer at [redacted] I arrived around on February 14th, and called Equifax and had the freeze taken offAbout hour later I received an email from RTO financial stating my credit score was I also was told by D [redacted] at the [redacted]  that I was being office

My Husband has been making payments every month, we have receipts and they came and got our storage shed we were buyingCalled and they stated that we were days passed due which we have the receipts of payment to RTO NATIONALWe are taking a loss because all of our yard equipment, computer, clothes etc is inside the storage shed

The customer did put down a total initial payment of $which included a $security deposit, however, listed under item number two of the contract is a Customer Reserve Account (CRA)This is an option to deposit money into an account which will reduce the amount of the customer’s monthly paymentAny amount that was paid that exceeded the required security deposit may be used towards the customer’s Early Purchase OptionSince the customer did not put more money in her CRA than the required security deposit, no amount in her CRA would be able to be applied to her EPOThe customer chose to deposit $into her CRA which would reduce her monthly payments from $to $ The customer is on a month lease agreement with a monthly payment of $If the customer was to choose to pay all monthly payments, her total of payments would be $4,The customer has paid a total of $to RTO National which includes a positive escrow of $Using that escrow the customer may pay off the building for $When the customer states she will be paying over $6,we are unsure where she is getting this figure

These is certainly don't know about what's called lifeI leased a shed from them under there rto leaseWell I lost my pension for months do to a filing errorSo I had to return the shedBut I was told no worries your leasing with the "right to walk away at any timeJust contact us when you straighten everything out and we'll bring you another shedWell here we are today I'm calling for another shed and their declining so they're going back on their word they're Liars and they have no honor whatsoever do not deal with these peopleIt's too bad you can't leave no stars cuz I would leave negative There is no honor here they don't keep their word they lie to you in the end

I had paid in advance part of my payment through a customer service representativeWhen I went online to make the rest of my payment the day it was due I was unable to use the website because I wasn't making a 'full' paymentI only owed a little more than half of the payment because I had paid in advanceI could not use the automated phone system either, because again I was making the rest of my payment and not a full paymentCustomer service is only available M-F from 9-So I had to wait the weekend to call in to make a payment with an agentWhen I called in I was told I had to pay more than what I owedI also was not able to use my banking informationOnce I got that sorted out and got a card to pay I was told there would be a processing fee for making a payment over the phoneI LITERALLY HAD NO OTHER OPTION BUT TO MAKE THE PAYMENT OVER THE PHONEThe customer service is sub parWhen I asked to speak to a supervisor I was sent to a voicemail machineThis company makes it so difficult to make a payment

This business does not return phone calls nor return voicemailsI can send my payment on line,Yet I get a late payment fee every time this happensI have tried several times to contact this company to make a payment on lineI follow the prompts, and I'm told my account number is incorrect, how can that be it is the account number on my payment bookI'm told my ss number is incorrect, that's a lieThis is the worst business inn the world, doing business with this companyI am a senior citizen and I make my payments as soon as I get my social security check, which is always on timeI can not make a payment if no one returns my callsI called five different accounts manager yesterday, no one, no one returned my callI fail to belive they are (were) that busyThis happens every month

We bought a storage shed in June Every year they mailed us a payment bookThis went on for yrs We thought we had another yr of payments left, however we never received the payment book for this last year Upon calling them they told us that they don't send booklets out anymore and if we wanted one it would cost dollarsI can understand thatHowever not only did they not inform us about this change they want to charge us for a late fee on top of it

Star is to good, bought building for $3000, ask Tuff Shed for 1year financing, put on RTO, after months called to pay balance, sorry after days you're stuck for months financing, another $added I never got a contract until I called, electronic signature didn't look like mine BEWARE!!!

Awful company to deal withI have never seen such unprofessional peopleThe communication is horribleMultiple questions that go unansweredThe most baffling question I had is why does your website not contain any balance information? When we purchased our shed we were told by the company we purchased it was a month option and little did we know we got completely screwed on the entire ordealWe were sent a payment book for payments, we were under the impression that we were done based on the information that we discussed with the company we purchased the shed fromWe then start getting messages that we had a late paymentUpon calling, they tell us it’s a month leaseWhy did you only send and not To get out of it we would have to pay another $900, we paid $already out of the $that needed to be financed through RTOThere was a clause in the contract of a 65% charge to purchase the shedThere is also a clause that you waive your right to sue-BUT, there is a gray area that our lawyer foundVery misleading, unprofessional, rude and these questions are still unansweredDo NOT recommend this company to anyoneThey are a bunch of heartless scam artist!
