We are sorry to hear you are disappointed with our services. RTO would like to point out a few items that will hopefully provide clarity . Our rent to own agreements receive a coupon bookWe have never sent statements as this is a month to month contract. At any time our
customers have the option to return the buildingThe rent to own agreement the consumer signs details in section 4, 5, and the rental payments, rental ownership, and the early purchase option. We would be more than happy to provide an additional copy of the rent to own contract should the customer contact our office

I contacted this company three different times to get my payoff amountI was told three different times different amounts and with no explanation on why they keep giving me different balances

I hate this company they are scam artist, first I pay all my bills online including utilities and it is the only site that does not tell you your balance!! Every time I wanted my balance I had to call in and they're very abrupt and rude when you do! Also every time I call in I get a different balance, shady shady shady! If you make a purchase and you see RTO NATIONAL associated with it, Do Not do it!!!!!

As of right now I'm out of $due to $still being in the escrow account of the $I paid last summer

Ms.H***'s dispute is in regards to her credit score that Equifax reported to RTO Finance LLC. MsH*** needs to file a dispute with Equifax if she believes her credit score is incorrect

The customer did put down a total initial payment of $600 which included a $406.25 security deposit, however, listed under item number two of the contract is a Customer Reserve Account (CRA). This is an option to deposit money into an account which will reduce the amount of the customer’s...

monthly payment. Any amount that was paid that exceeded the required security deposit may be used towards the customer’s Early Purchase Option. Since the customer did not put more money in her CRA than the required security deposit, no amount in her CRA would be able to be applied to her EPO. The customer chose to deposit $406.25 into her CRA which would reduce her monthly payments from $202.65 to $178.75.   The customer is on a 24 month lease agreement with a monthly payment of $178.75. If the customer was to choose to pay all 24 monthly payments, her total of payments would be $4,290. The customer has paid a total of $2350 to RTO National which includes a positive escrow of $741.25. Using that escrow the customer may pay off the building for $597.04. When the customer states she will be paying over $6,000 we are unsure where she is getting this figure.

Mrs. [redacted] entered into a Consumer Rental Purchase Agreement on January 18,2017. As stated on page 1 section 3 of the Consumer Rental Purchase Agreement "This Agreement begins on the date of delivery and expires the 5th of the month following one month from the date of delivery. You can renew this...

Agreement at your option for additional one-month terms by making a rental renewal payment on or before the 5th of each succeeding month."We are unable to change Mrs [redacted] due date, all our customers contracts have a common due date of the 5th, this was communicated clearly to Mrs. [redacted] and also communicated we would gladly work with her but if we don't get a rental payment by the 7th day after the renewal date (5th) she would occur a $9.00 late charge. A copy of her agreement can be provided if needed.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Mr. S[redacted] was misinformed regarding his refund. He entered in to a consumer rental purchase agreement with RTO National.  Our customers have the option to return the product at anytime and a refund of the deposit.  RTO National called Mr. S[redacted] and explained to him his deposit would be...

returned once the building has been picked up.    We are in the process of scheduling a contract driver to pick up his building.   Mr. S[redacted]'s complaints regarding the quality and craftsmanship of the building would need to be directed with the dealer who sold him the building and the manufacturer.  RTO National provided the financing.
