particular case the dealer made a mistake and included sales tax in the cash price of the building, please refer to line 7 of your consumer lease purchase agreement market value is $2707.92 this is before sales tax. The amount that should have been enter was $2524.00 a difference of $183.92(sales tax). We charge all customers a $15.00 processing fee and this is disclosed at point of sale between dealer and customer. This honest dealer mistake ended up in RTO National overpaying for the storage building $2707.92 and having to contact dealer about refunding overage paid for building $186.92 and this was communicated to Mrs. [redacted]. The dealer confirmed error on their part and refunded RTO national the $186.92 (sales tax). Mrs. [redacted] did in fact pay $2755.62, this amount is actually $14.70 higher than what she should have paid and she will be receiving a refund check in the mail within 10 business days. The amount paid by Mrs. [redacted] after $14.70 refund is $2740.92. Mrs. [redacted], called to help our customer [redacted] make his monthly rental payment. She was experiencing some issues trying to make the payment online. She called into the office and left several messages with our collections department on Monday 3/6/17. We was shorthanded and half...

staffed due to illness. The last 4 of the SSN number provide by the dealer at the time of the sale is off by one digit which has created the issue logging in online. Which we will get corrected with proper documentation before the next payment is due on 4/5/17. I have waived the late fee and processing phone fee to get this issue resolved and corrected. Customer was very happy and satisfied with the outcome out the phone call and actions. Apologized sincerely.

Page 1 Section 6 Rental Ownership states if Mr.  [redacted] makes 60 monthly rental payments plus the amount in your CRA, if applicable, for a Total of Payments of $4486.80 (not including sales tax,...

other charges or fees), and otherwise comply with this Agreement, you will acquire ownership of the property, and we will give you a paid receipt. As of today 2/23/2017 Mr. [redacted] has made 23 monthly rental payments and has one month deposit which would leave a balance of 36 monthly rental payments due, if he elects to continue with his monthly rental contract. Also Mr. [redacted] can elect to exercise his Early Purchase Option or return the rented building at the end of any term all this is disclosed in his Consumer Rental Purchase Agreement which he signed and executed on March 6, 2015. A copy of his agreement can be supplied if needed. RTO National has responded to Ms. D[redacted].  Her complaint was with the dealer who sold the building.  Ms. D[redacted] is satisfied with the resolution from RTO Finance.
