I have been a customer of Rush Tech Support for 2 years. They have been available to answer all of my questions and fix my computer every time I have called upon them with a computer problem. The technicians have worked up to 12 hours to bring my computer to working properly. There has never been service concern or billing problem. I feel they treat me very fairly and professionally. The Technucians have always contacted me for followup..

I am writing to let you know that Rush Tech is the very first company to call ME. They did that this morning to let me know it was time for some checking and reiinstall any program that my computer needed to continue to work efficiently. NO ONE has EVER done that before and I have had a computer for 40 years. Each person I talked to was kind and patient with this old lady. They are #1 in my book so you would do me a favor as well as Rush Tech if you gave them a large accreditation and your support.

On Oct. 25th, 2016 I had a most pleasant experience with the following people at Rush Tech Support. I'd previously been with a company that went out of business, and RTS contacted me to offer me help with my computer issues. The first person I spoke with was Dillon who explained what RTS offered in complete detail with NO pressure. Then there was Paul who manned the switchboard. He directed my calls perfectly. The tech who solved my problems was Max. When he suggested I purchase an additional product, I explained my financial situation to him and, once again, got NO pressure to purchase something I couldn't afford at the time. I am more than impressed with the kind, caring and efficient help I received from the folks at Rush. They are my heroes and deserve many kudos!
