A couple years ago I called Rush Tech, as a last ditch effort in fixing my laptop. Thought it was done for and was just gonna buy a new one. After spending a couple hours on the phone with me it was fixed like new. So this week my mother called me and was having issues with her desk top. So I didn't hesitate to call Rush. The tech there informed me it was in pretty rough shape but never the less had it up and working like new again in about an hour and a half or so, they are very professional, and what I like about this company the most is that you can actually trust them.

Rush Tech Support is an excellent support business. Their employees are very knowledgeable and so patient with those of us who are not very tech savvy! They really do talk us through the trouble. I could not get internet service and my printer would go to "Save" wherever I wanted to print something. Tech 5 never gave up and got everything fixed. Yay!!!

I would like to give Rush Tech Support LLC a Five Star rating. For hiring employee who are not only trained at the expert level but employee's who know how to put customer first.
I ask the tech to do a lot. Build a local area network with the only using Microsoft programs and add a MacBook Pro to the mix. Add a Professional Virus Program and remove a virus that I ran two good programs against and neither picked up the virus. I worked for the phone company for 38 years. I recognize good customer service.I have no connection withRush Tech Support LLC, except as a paying customer.

RushTech is REAL computer support. I have dealt with a host of other tech support companies. Of them all, RushTech is the only one that actually supported me when I had computer problems.Tune-ups were very thorough, the tech's speak fluent english, listen well, and really do address specific problems. Their malware, ad-blockers, spyware, and tracking block products are very affordable and effective. Since I have been using these products, my computer runs faster - like new - and is a much more usable tool, than with any of the other companies I have tried. I have even received spontaneous phone calls from RushTech, inquiring about the current performance of my desktop, and if I am experiencing any issues. Great company -Great support

As a consequence of an issue with my computer, I contacted Rush Tech Support and spoke with a technician named Bobby. I explained the problem that I was having and following a diagnosis of the issue, it was completely resolved to my satisfaction. I would add, that Bobby went the extra mile to ensure that it was resolved. He was polite, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and an asset to Rush Tech. Too often we hear the bad about people, never the good and I would like to pass on my sincere thanks to Bobby et al.

I have been with Rush Tech for a very long time and I have always had a positive experience. Each technician has been knowledgeable, friendly and willing to teach me about what they have done. They have also made recommendations to me in regards to programs, printers and computers that would meet my needs. I have always been treated with respect. I am computer ignorant on most things and they have respected this and bridged the gap for me. I have recommended them to family and friends in the past and some have taken advantage of their service as well. I feel they are affordable and well worth what I have spent, as they will take the amount of time (no matter what that is) to remedy the issues that I have. A++++++

I have been using RUSH TECH SUPPORT for approximately a year and a half. I initially was having lots of issues with my old laptop and needed a company that would assist me in cleaning viruses and malware from my system and getting it running smoothly and effectively again. The techs at RUSH were able to assist me with this and worked with me to add the protection that I needed. Recently, I found that my hard drive was going out and I purchased a new computer. Melissa at RUSH has assisted me in transferring all of my files, documents, photos and music from my old system onto my new one - and she has made this experience both easy and comfortable when it would have been overwhelming for me. She has answered all my questions, suggested options and has been able to not only provide an awesome experience for me, her customer, but has provided just the right technical support that I needed. I would not only recommend RUSH TECH SUPPORT to anyone who had need of their services, but would recommend that they specifically ask for her help.

I had Rush Tech Support fix my computer that was loaded with a ton of malware and viruses. They told me it may take up to 24 hours to have it completed but they called me back in a little less than 6 hours to say that it was done. [redacted] was very helpful and patient while he was getting connected to my computer. I am not computer literate and had no idea what I was doing but he made it VERY easy for me. After he fixed the computer, he even walked me through fixing a paper jamming problem on my printer. I am so glad that I had this done by an American and that I didn't have to take it into the store.
