My experience was excellent! The tech person was able to help me quickly, said my problem was easy to fix. I also liked that they did a call back so I didn't have to wait on the phone and could do other things and not waste time on hold. It only took a few minutes for my call back.
He also said it was no problem helping me and to call any time I had a problem. Nice to do business with people who seem to really care about their customers!

No complaints with Rush Tech Support LLC, just a very positive recommendation. They have assisted me twice first time I was in dire straights CP screen had turn green, alarm was going off and I could stop it, had to shut it down hard. plus the screen had a warning display also, said call Micro Soft Assistance, gave a number to call and that's how I wound up with these guys. they helped me with both of my computers that day, got me back on line and with extra security so that would not happen again. Second time was just a six months check up which they found issues and fix again both CP's the same day. I am not the most computer tech would be and under statement. These guys didn't also just help, explained things so I could understand. I have dealt with CP techs on several other occasions which the experience was not even close to these guys. they don't just get your problems resolved, they even call you on occasions just to see if all is going ok. You have a problem with a CP, this is the place to go, you will be amazed very please with the assistance you get.

I had contacted, AOL, Verizon, and Frontier to try and get my email
issues fixed and none of them were able to fix their own problem. I have
had a plan with Rush for the last year and contacted them regarding
getting my email fixed. My tech was able to figure out the problem in
less than twenty minutes and get me on my way. I am very grateful that
these guys are always there to help someone like me.

I would recommend Rush Tech Support LLC to anyone. They have very experienced employees to solve all problems, which they do in a good time frame. I like the fact that they set up a Security word, so if another company you are not sure of calls, I just ask that company for my Security word. If they don't know the answer, they aren't who I want to talk to. I've had more than my share of fly-by-night companies, so this is a great way to screen unknown callers.

I Love Rush Tech Support...I don't know what I did before I had them! They have helped me with every problem that has come up on my computer with patience and respect. I am so relieved to know that with a quick call, I can be back in business with my computer and I don't feel like an it because I couldn't handle it myself.
