Rydell's claim that the vehicle has been a good car for me is falseAside from the worrisome replacement driver's side door and headlight, there is a missing piece inside an actual headlight casing that causes bulbs to burn out at a much faster rateIn order to obtain the replacement piece, a new headlight kit is required which costs upwards of $There has also been an issue with my vehicle's starter as of late I reject Rydell's claim that they assume zero liability

I sold my Nissan Frontier to Rydell and worked with Martin K***, the Sales Manager It was my first experience with Rydell and it was excellentI initially placed an ad in Autotrader and received a voicemail from Martin within two days Initially, I was hesitant since this was the first time to sell a vehicle to a dealership instead of a private party I wasn't sure if I would get the price I was selling it for We communicated initially by email and I provided all the history records of the truck Went to meet Martin yesterday and the sales process was direct, no small talk and sold the truck Martin was great to work with and I would definitely work with him again in the future One may say I was happy because I got my 'deal' It was not only that, but the 'no nonsense' conversation Martin and I had and his year experience For me, this is why I rated Rydell and especially Martin, a out rating

I have been to rydell auto outlet many times to buy new cars in their awesome selection of new and used cars and have my cars fixed in their garage for every small and big problem I may have(Most problems with my cars are my own fault getting into accidents)But it's always a great atmosphere of nice and outgoing peopleBri M is always the front desk representative, she knows me by name and always makes sure I'm comfortable and if I need anything, which is very nice compared to other auto places who don't care about me as a person, just my carIf a promotion is available, she would get my vote for itAlso Phil D is always helpful and friendly, along with your garage worker "the philosopher" (forgot his name but he's going to school for philosophy and is very accomidatingGerald in the garage has also been very helpful throughout my many visits hereSo A+ for the whole teamI will AWAYS be a customer hereNot just because of the good work they do, but the awesome people they employ

Suzuki Hayabusa purchaseCame in late in the day end of month to purchase this bikeCraig and Randy both stayed well after closing time to get everything organized so I could ride off with the bike that nightHad a great experience trading in my old bike for a new bikeThey both answered all my questionsHad a great experience ! ! ! ! !
