Failure to communicate
I have never experienced such strange methods of customer service. They might think they are helping, but they expect every customer to follow their away instead of adapting to different customers in their own situations. I spoke to an employee the day before my appointment because they had already set up a date and time (arrogant) without ever speaking to me. They give me a phone number to call, and I have to wait 20 minutes for a human being to answer. I explained her my situation as why that was a bad time, but she tells me the latest 3 hour window they have is 2-5pm. Really? I teach school 22 miles away and finish at 2:10pm. Now, while I am teaching a class, they call me at 1:08 and tell me a technician will arrive in a half hour (1:38), again never once asking me if that is okay. They give me a number to call back if that time doesn't work, but I have to sit on hold for 20 minutes. Why on Earth they don't just give my phone number to the technician like Spectrum does, like electricians do, like our local hot water heater company does, and so many more. Instead SAW likes to make things more difficult by making us call a guy 4 states away instead of just giving it to the guy who is already in my area. If I had a call from the actual technician coming to my house like every other company does, then my lift chair would be prepared, and this post of a complaint would never have happened.

Avoid like the plague
Extremely useless company. They hold the warranty for my furniture from Ashley furniture and are responsible for repairs. My couch broke 6 months ago and I have still not gotten it fixed. They keep scheduling a repair tech to come out and then the day before they cancel on me and bump me a month down the road. I've been cancelled on 6 times and still nothing. They don't even care that they are useless as all I get when I call them is "there is nothing we can do". Avoid dealing with them if at all possible, you'll thank me for it.

Maybe if they actually listened to their customer, then they wouldn't have so many complaints.

Furniture repairman lied to me
Bought a couch at Living Spaces (first mistake). Couch was falling apart in 8 months. Sent someone from SAW out to assess and repair what he could. When he came out he fixed a few things and then told me he would order a cushion, casing and a new toss pillow covering. He tried to sew the toss pillow covering, gave up and said he'd just order a new one. I was told 8 weeks for delivery. 9th week, no items. I am told it was never ordered and that the SAW repairman said in his report that everything wrong was normal wear and tear? It's July 21 and I started this in May. If this is normal wear and tear in 8 months (no small kids and no animals on couch)-ouch! Please don't buy from Living Spaces or use SAW.

This response is in regards to complaint ID # [redacted] for customer [redacted] and reported that he found the RSF power motor had shortage as well as the switch If to repair, need to po a motor and switch and allow minutes to install.This technicians report was submitted to Uniters NA on to review and determine the next step in the repair process for [redacted] - SAW Enterprises received a service order from client Uniters NA to have a repair technician go back to [redacted] to reinspect the dual reclining sofa as they needed to know what type switch lever style, what side and if it was a button switch.The SAW service technician inspected the sofa on to review and determine the next step in the repair process for [redacted] - SAW Enterprises received a service order from client Uniters NA to have a repair technician install motor and push button.The SAW service technician arrived to [redacted] home on to review and determine the next step in the repair process for [redacted] .SAW Enterprises can not discuss the issues of the furniture with the customers or order parts as Uniters NA is the final decision maker with [redacted] services on her furniture for repairs, parts orders and installs SAW Enterprises has advised Uniters NA of the correct parts that are needed to complete the repairs of the furniture and [redacted] would need to contact them in regards to the status of her furniture claim.Please contact me if you have any further questions.Thank you, AnnSAW Enterprises###-###-####

We found out about Boston Elite through [redacted] Before purchasing the [redacted] , we contacted Boston Elite to see if they could accommodate our round trip transportation needs Our dates worked for them so we purchased the [redacted] and booked the limo service We received two confirmations for the trip to the airport and the ‘red eye’ trip home The trip to the airport was great The driver was prompt, professional, and a pleasure to chat with The trip home however never came to fruition We had a layover in Chicago (a one hour flight into Boston) and at that time checked our messages and had no messages from Boston Elite Upon arrival in Boston, on February at midnight, we called Boston Elite as instructed to have our limo released from limo parking We got an answering machine and shortly after a text message stating that their driver had a medical emergency and that they didn't have any other drivers available A professional limo company would have stadrivers avai

We are a third party service contractorOur terms state any damages need to be reported within days of service on in home damagesWe would have no idea if anyone has done anything to the furniture since the time we left the customers home

Purchased a rountrip airport run for 2/16/16-2/23/pick up was to be A.M.(had to find ride at 4:A.M)Company sent a text at 11:P.M the night before which I didnt receive until 9A.Mnext morning, saying they had to cancel my pick up and I would be reimbursedI was so disgusted I canceled pick up for 2/23/Company has not refunded me nor has returned any calls to meAll I get when I call is answering machingRound trip fee was $($each way)They charged my debit card right away but seem to have no intention on refunding me I have text messages to back up the situation

This company is terribleOne hour before they were supposed to pick us up for a ride to [redacted] for a Florida vacation, they texted us that they would not be able to pick us up! They never offered to help us obtain another rideThey did not answer their phone and they have not credited our accountWe've tried calling them to no availWe were able to obtain a ride through another company thank goodnessI will never use them again

Customer did request after PM When scheduling we did offer a pm request and a one hour call ahead which the customer accepted The day of service we did call him to see if the technician could arrive earlier since he was running ahead cust refused and we gave him the hr call ahead at that time We are in a different time zone so the customer service rep thought he was calling for the technician for after his request in his last conversation We have since rescheduled the customer for 8/ [redacted] a Sat since we could not accommodate an after pm call

I've had an absolutely terrible experience with saw enterprisesI filed a claim with *** furniture warranty department and they had a saw technician come to my house to review the damagesWhile he is at the house me and him clearly and honestly go over the damages, as well as what my warranty coversHe and I both agree that all of the damages are damages that are covered under the warrantyweeks later, I get an email from the *** warranty department stating that they are denying my claim because they are not covered damagesThe saw technicians report, according to the *** furniture warranty department and the email that they sent me, does not include more then half of the damages we spoke about when he was at my homeFurther more, the two damages that were mentioned in his report, were miscatagorized (according to what he told me they would be catagorized as when he was at my home) and said not to be coveredI have read my warranty several times and it is obvious that my warranty clearly states coverage of all my disputed damagesThis technicians report was horribly inaccurate, even though I made sure both me and him agreed upon what the damages were and if they were covered or notNow, I could potentially not be covered for my damages and must go through a very lengthy and tedious claim dispute processI am extremely unhappy with their service, they have not been honest in their dealing and I feel I have been cheatedI would not recommend this company to anybody

Elite Transportation, whose phone number in their business card is ###-###-#### as a *** *** contractor t repeatedly strands riders who are assigned this livery serviceThey do not provide service after 4:and have no one to back up a driver if a ride is missed due to a medical providers tardiness in taking in the patientThe drivers are also rude, and do not talk and don't seem to understand common American English

I purchased a *** *** Deal for transportation to *** *** I called Boston Elite arranged transportation they then processed a charge for Dollars for misc fees tip and tollsThey were supposed to pick me up at my home on Friday March at at 10:they texted me and stated the vehicle they
were going to send had Mechinical problemsI then called and left a message that I would like my money refundedI then contacted *** *** they quickly refunded my money I have since contacted the business more times with no response Do not use this business

Boston Elite was supposed to pick us up at airport when flight arrived at midnight on evening of 2/(morning of 2/14) While we were stopped in Chicago enroute to Boston, just a few hours before the pickup, we got a text that they would not be picking us up They offered no alternative When asked they suggested we take a cab home to NH from Boston (with skis etc) They said they would credit our charge card for half of amount we had paid them for the round trip transportation to logan (they did take us to logan, but did not pick us up) but would not reimburse us for the added cost of getting home when they cancelled last minute It cost us $125, not $to get home We have requested reimbursement for $ We have not gotten credit for anything amount yet, neither the $or the $125...and should get reimbursed for the $
In addition, they were extremely rude in their texts to us regarding what we should do when they cancelled at the last minute
