Review: I had filed a claim about my couch being broken multiple months ago. This company (SAW enterprise) was sent to my apartment 3 times over the past few months to replace the motor and the issue is still not resolved. The repair man continues to state "it is not my fault, I am just the middle man". He has had no answers besides "I have nothing to do with it, I just fix the couch. They tell me nothing". I have called the company and the issue is not resolving. I have called the company that the warranty is through to have another motor to be sent. The warranty company has stated that the work order has not been sent correctly to send the correct replacement part, or any replacement part for that matter.

I have taken days off of work and have rearranged my schedule multiple times to acomidate for their appointments. I would really appriciate this matter being resolved.

Review: SAW Enterprises came to my home on 8/**/2015 and replaced the reclining mechanism under a warranty claim with Montage Furniture Services. The technician finished the repair and returned the couch to its normal position. A few months later the couch was moved and the damage was uncovered. Upon further inspection, found that the screw that holds the front foot to the reclining mechanism was not seated properly and stuck up past the level of the foot. So for 2 1/2 months since the repair the screw head has been sitting on the floor instead of the protective foot. The screw has been pressing into the floor causing significant damage every time we sat on the couch. I took pictures of the screw that was not seated properly and took pictures of the damaged floor. I contacted SAW Enterprises on Friday 11/*/15 to file a complaint for the damage. I was transferred to a manager by the name of Ann A. and she asked me to send her the photos of the damage. After a few hours I was informed that since I did not notify them within 10 days of the repair that they would not cover the damage. I informed her that no one moves their couch but a few times a year so the damage would not have been uncovered within the 10 day time period. From the pictures you can clearly see the round marks from the screw head and I have a clear picture of the screw sitting up past the foot. They still refused to take responsibility for their repairman's mistake and are hiding behind a 10 day policy.Desired Settlement: I want the company to pay for the necessary repairs to fix the damage to the floor.

We are a third party service contractor. Our terms state any damages need to be reported within 10 days of service on in home damages. We would have no idea if anyone has done anything to the furniture since the time we left the customers home.

Review: S A W Enterprises Inc Office Location [redacted] was contacted to make repairs to my Furniture, a repair service guy named [redacted] was sent out on 9/**.When he arrived to the home, he over looked the request to contact myself by phone prior to arriving. When he did finally arrive at the home, I have my storm door locked but with my screen opened.I was in another part of my home; when I heard a loud sound, and my 8 year old daughter came running into that area of the home in fear because she thought someone was breaking into the home. When I came around to my living room, I saw [redacted] pushing my storm door closed. When I approached the door, I stated to him that there is a door bell. Why did you not ring it? He stated he did know; nothing was written on his service sheet and pointed to it; clearly you could tell he was limited in speaking English and understood very little English. As I opened the door, I realized that he had broken my storm door by pulling it off the frame in his attempt to opening trying to walk into my home unannounced. I made it clear to him at that time that he had broken a brand new door that was just installed in June.Again he stated, he didnt know anything and stated something about No want to lose my job. At that time contacted Ashleys Furniture Company and spoke with Sal and informed him that the repair person just caused damages to my property. When receiving a contact call from [redacted] ###-###-####, He stated that my claim was going to be refused and that his company was not going to the commitment to make a good faith effort to resolve my complaint by making the repairs or replacement to my property that his worker [redacted] damaged. He stated that [redacted] did not break my door and that no damage was done to my property when in fact it was and SAW received all photos showing the damages that [redacted] did. As of today 10/*/2013; I have contacted SAW once again to resolve the issue of my property damages and have not received a call back. I have further proof of [redacted] causing damages to my property from my neighbors surveillance camera which shows [redacted] walking up to my door, making 3 attempts to open the door instead of ring the bell, and at his third attempted, you can see the door rip open and then see [redacted] pushing back my door to close it. I have all the proof showing that SAWs service repair person caused damage to my property.SAW as a company is responsible for damages caused by their employees and have since 9/** not resolved the issue of making the repairs or replacement to the property that has been damaged by their employee [redacted] A. Again I now have video at this time showing that [redacted] A. forced my door opened after trying to open it twice, instead of ring the doorbell, when it was locked, causing it to break off the frame.Desired Settlement: I'm requesting for a replacement of my property damaged storm door or a repair for it; to it's New condition as it was.
