I assure you that you were not scammed me and it was not intentional that we sent a two-man crew instead of a three man crew. That day we had an employee call in sick and since we don't use temporary labor we had to go with the two-man crew and the rate was discounted $20 per hour.  If this happened on your previous move then I assure you it was just a coincidence.  Either way it does not affect the final price because although it does save a little time using three guys versus two men it costs $20/hr more so with the time saved versus the additional amount it comes out a wash either way for the total in the end. In addition, both employees testify that The customer insisted that the teenagers helped because she wanted to keep it to her budget of $775. We also waived 3% of the bill in order to keep within this budget. Also per our contract that was agreed upon before hand, our insurance does not cover mechanical failure of appliances.  This is common in the moving industry since moving companies cannot and do not test them prior to moving to make sure everything is functioning properly before it is moved. Therefore your appliance was not covered for the error code that you received two days after the move when your significant other was hooking it up.  However out of goodwill I gave the same amount had it been covered ; the amount came up to $76.20. I sent the check to the address that we moved you to and you had verified.  A month later you stated you did receive that check so I had to put a stop payment on that check in which I can show you the transaction if you needed further proof.  To further rectify this refund and the receiving off it , I have since credited your credit card ,used for the move, in the amount of $76.20   Thank you,   Matt Burkhart www.busybeemovers.com 317-695-9927

I am sorry we could not come to a resolution with your acceptance of my final offer to resolve the dispute.You had in fact agreed to inspect for loss or damage upon completion of the move with our company per the contract you signed and although we cannot force you to inspect; you were not denied either.Thank you, Matt B[redacted]

They offered no resolution.  He has simply ignored all claims and has never told me the original was denied until this communication.  I will not provide a signed contract to help him or incriminate myself.  I would ask him to provide a signed copy of a contract, if he has one.I know exactly who damage the furnishing(I was present the entire time but could not watch three people at once) and they intentionally positioned the items to hide the damage, great practices. The movers know they damage the massage chair because I pointed it out to them and was working on it when they left.  They were in a big hurry because Matt had already given them another move for that afternoon.  Hurry sign here!

[redacted] contacted us on 6/22/16 via urgent e-mail to schedule a move for 6/25/16  We originally scheduled to move into her new residence but she had a problem with closing and could only move into the garage.  She then said she requested the same crew to come back and move her again...

from garage to the house.  We gave a 5% discount for 2nd move and fit her into a very tight schedule.  Attached are the bill of ladings and e-mails and texts.  Both moves had been completed and I had not heard anything from Ms. [redacted] until I called her after receiving this claim.  I contacted the driver on her move and she had actually been texting back and forth with the driver and not me about the box that had been left on the truck.  I then got the box of dishes and had it returned to her today.  I spoke to Ms [redacted] and explained that the 5% discount had been applied and went over the math with her  I also showed her the e-mail that I had sent originally before she scheduled that outlined the rates we in fact charged her.  She was satisfied with these findings except she thinks there was still another box missing.  However, there was only the 1 box of dishes that had been left on the truck.  The same box she had originally claimed was missing.  I told Ms [redacted] the only thing I could do was to file a claim for the missing box which I did but have yet to receive the form back.   Matt B[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.As I still have missing items that I am going through to submit the claim you gave to me - my deep concern with that is the fact the missing dishes were in the same box.  So I still don't understand how the dishes show up and the other items don't.  5% off of what I thought was the price of one-hour as opposed to almost four-hours does not make up for it.  Removal of the three-hours will resolve it.  As I have checked with many other moving agencies and spoke with some of their customers.  In doing so, I found several customers who had five hour or less moves completed on a Friday/Saturday and their cost were below $600.00.  They also had to walk through the moving van inside and out and sign-off that all of their contents were removed. I was not offered this and may I suggest in the future this be offered to your customers to lessen incidents such as the one I am experiencing. I should have done more research prior to booking - but I went on my Mom's recommendation of your company as she was very impressed with your services 15 years ago.
