I ordered the wrong roof tile (color) .I made a mistake. I felt very bad and I ended up discounting job $800.00 & instead of coating patio roof,we installed a new one.. The roof tile was delivered and installed in one day.

Our roof was damaged due to a microburst that hit the area. We were quoted by our insurance for full roof replacement. We received quotes from 3 local contractors that we found on the Revdex.com website. We decided to go with S&R roofing because they came out to quote us first on a Saturday right after the storm while the other 2 took almost another week to return our request for a quote. The quote we received was very detailed and included exactly the materials they were going to use. The price was very reasonable and within our insurance adjuster's quoted amount. Charlie and Tony's work crew were very professional and thorough with their work. We were always updated on the progress of the job and any delays that came up. They promptly answered all of our questions that we had throughout. Charlie worked with us and our HOA to obtain approval for our roof tile color since our HOA didn't have an updated list of approved replacement tile colors. They finished everything on time and we are very happy with our replacement roof.

S&R Roofing did a good job with a full roof repair and replace for a 20 year old tile roof for my home in Gilbert, AZ. Price was good, no surprises, professional courteous crew. Work was started when scheduled and completed on time. Charlie went the extra mile to make sure the job was completed to my satisfaction.

Charlie of S&R Roofing explained my roofing problems with photos and did not try to sell me something I didn't need. He told me what time he could fix my problem and show up right on time. The job was finished in no time and clean up was more than I expected. If the patch holds up I would consider this a first rate company.

Charlie was fantastic and was quick to get back to me when I left a message. He did work on my house initially as had some rot on the patio roof. When giving an estimate, he laid out everything that would be done. In addition, he walked me around the roof to other things that I was able to fix on my own. He price was very reasonable and had the project complete in a couple days. He did so well, I called him back to work on my parent's house as well as they had some dry rot on the patio roof. He was a able to replace the rot and sealed the patio roof in again within the next couple of days. Fantastic work, fast service, and a great person to work with. Thank you Charlie!

My experience with S&R was very satisfying, the technician/repairman was very prompt, friendly and had mall the materials in his truck to complete repairs in a timely manner. The work was completed on schedule and was done in professional manner.

My experience was so positive that I have already recommended [redacted] to two friends. Not only did he replace my entire roof for the price I had expected to pay, but he suggested upgraded features ( such as removing the dormer attic vents and replacing them with a ridge vent) which makes the roof more streamlined. He also replace the tile ridge cap which I loved at no extra cost. Not only were they on time, they completed the roof in half the time estimated. They were courteous, skilled, and cleaned up when done. If you need a new roof, this is the company to use!

I went out and got five estimates and did a lot of research before I chose S & R Roofing to completely replace the underlayment of my roof as well as redo my back patio roof. SandRRoofing did a very thorough re-roofing of my home. They were there with materials and work time as stated. Both owners [redacted] and [redacted] inspected the job daily and made sure all roofing met specifications. The daily cleaning up and care of the roofers made the entire roofing job easier than expected for a major job. The quality of the materials and the installation makes us feel we have a roof that will last!

S&R replaced the tile roof on our 2750 sq-ft single-story home. Charlie was very fast to respond and came out to provide an estimate within 3 days of contacting him. After inspecting our roof, Charlie thoroughly and patiently explained what needed to be done. He used photos of our roof to illustrate the problem areas and photos of work from other jobs to explain his proposal. His estimate was very competitive and far less than estimates we received from the big guys who advertise on TV. Charlie also provided an excellent solution for solving a ventilation issue with our roof and attic which should provide savings on future air conditioning bills. Work began within 3 weeks and all work was finished on schedule and to our complete satisfaction.

Charlie and his team are outstanding. They are honest and trustworthy. Their work is precise, everything lines up as it should and all of the details are as they should be. Also, they are courteous, efficient and careful to keep things neat, cleaning up before leaving each day. Most important, Charlie and his crew are very customer service oriented and gladly fixed a couple of small non-roof related issues above our front porch free of charge! I would definitely recommend S&R to anyone who needs roofing work!

The team at S&R is great! The owner [redacted] is honest and straightforward. when I was looking for someone to address a leak in my roof he was the ONLY roofing company to inspect the roof and not say I needed to spend $12K on a brand new roof! He recommended we get the flashing done and that's what we did-that worked and was perfect. It was a no brainier to call S&R when we needed additional work on our back patio roof (which is huge). I was told that it would take two weeks to get started. Then after I signed the contract I was pleased to find out that they could start in only a few days. The work was completed on time and in a clean manner. My experience with many contractors is that they never do things on time. Well what do you know? Here is one that does what he says.
