Charlie S[redacted] from S&R roofing was a great pleasure to work with. He was referred by Sun Valley Solar Solutions to do the foam roofing around the stand-offs for our new solar panels. Was very impressed by the install of our foam roof which was coated twice with sun protective paint. Upon install of the solar panels Charlie came back to check for potential damage: there was none. S&R roofing also installed shingles on our main roof and made the addition roof blend in perfectly with the existing roof. S&R roofing also repaired a roof area when the SES was moved: it looks like new, perfectly blended with the existing roof. But I am most impressed with the detailing of some very tricky roof connections such as under a thick outer wall, filled with Roxul insulation, and where the addition is two feet wider than the original roof. Highly recommended.

The owner was out to visit our house and answer all of my questions on the same day as I called for a quote. His professionalism and advice are second to none and I will continue to call him first for all of my roofing issues. I even had some follow up work that needed to be done ASAP and he and his team were out within 2 days to fix some flashing that was requested on a BINSR report. Thank you Charlie and team, I appreciate all your help.

What a great experience. My wife and I had a roof leak during the middle of a week long rainy period, and Charlie and his team were able to take care of us in less than 24 hours. Not only is the work top notch, but the price was great and the service was amazing. They arrived early and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Great people to work with! We have used them several times over the last few years and have always been impressed with the quality of work and level of service we receive. Charlie and his team just replaced our roof. They were fast, completing it in just 2 days, and cleaned everything up. The price was fair (and much less than some "name brand" roofers in the valley. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I reached out via the internet on July 4th after a bad dust storm the night before--didnt expect a call that day-but [redacted] called me immediately. He scheduled appointment to come to my home the next day (which was a Saturday) and he arrived right on time. They re-roofed our house at a good price while doing a quality job. The whole process was very professional, quick, and efficient. Project was completed ahead of schedule and the cleanup done by the crew everyday was outstanding. Customer service is truly stressed with S & R Roofing.

After getting several estimates to have our tile roof redone, we decided to go with S&R Roofing.

We were a bit nervous at first selecting a smaller company to do the job versus one of the big well known roofing companies in the valley.

However our nervousness was short lived as Charlie and his S&R crew did an excellent job.

Charlie provided a detailed bid and went over the work that they were going to do and explained everything very thoroughly ahead of time.

There were NO “add-ons” for extra items in the bid, with S&R Roofing, the quoted price was the price…PERIOD.

All the other quotes that we received had various add-on items (like linear feet of fascia board, painting the new fascia board, additional tile. etc).

The S&R Crew that showed up to do the work were very courteous and professional.

Tony the foreman made sure that everything was going smoothly each day and made sure any of our concerns were covered.

Overall we are very satisfied with the quality of work, price and ease of doing business with S&R Roofing.

We would recommend them for anyone needing their roof redone.

We were looking for good roofer for long time and we found the best one. S and R roofing company is the best. Charlie and his crew are excellent in this business. They have lots of experienxe and doing this for years. They replaced whole roof in our house in gilbert. They cleaned up everything and left no mess afrer ward. Charlie's crew showed up on the day it was scheduled and did hard work and finished the job on time. They used the better quality tar than other contracter use for similiar job. The tar paper he used is way better. I definitely used them again in the future and recommend for anybody looking for house work.

We invited a number of roofers to provide estimates for a new roof. Only one came back to us with a surprise. S & R Roofing said we did not require a new roof after all and instead told us we needed some repairs. It was certainly less expensive and disruptive. Not only did we receive that good news but also S & R Roofing provided us with a multi-year warranty. It is rare to find service people who are honest and fair and have good workmanship but S & R is such a company.

My husband and I where very please with the work that was done for us. They finish the job early but worked very hard at it, They clean up afterwards and we didnt have to do this ourself. We are a happy customer and would recomemd them.

Our roof was damaged due to a microburst that hit the area. We were quoted by our insurance for full roof replacement. We received quotes from 3 local contractors that we found on the Revdex.com website. We decided to go with S&R roofing because they came out to quote us first on a Saturday right after the storm while the other 2 took almost another week to return our request for a quote. The quote we received was very detailed and included exactly the materials they were going to use. The price was very reasonable and within our insurance adjuster's quoted amount. Charlie and Tony's work crew were very professional and thorough with their work. We were always updated on the progress of the job and any delays that came up. They promptly answered all of our questions that we had throughout. Charlie worked with us and our HOA to obtain approval for our roof tile color since our HOA didn't have an updated list of approved replacement tile colors. They finished everything on time and we are very happy with our replacement roof.

Charlie arrived early and did a great job. He is honest, friendly and reasonably priced. His crew did a good job and cleaned up. We would highly recommend him to our family and friends and we will call him again.

Just had my roof replaced by S & R Roofing. The roof looks great. The work was finished on schedule with no charges beyond the estimate. Charlie was very easy to work with and kept me informed with photos during the project. His crew arrived on time and was very conscious of cleaning up every day. They were very pleasant and worked consistently throughout the five days. Charlie helped me with selection of the type of shingle and the color. Payment was easy with a percentage the first day and the rest at completion. I highly recommend Charlie and S & R. They are honest, efficient, and do fine work.

About 3 years ago my wife and myself had S & R do our tile roof in Sun City West. We also had them do our daughter's house in Scottsdale. Last week during the heavy rain my daughter had a small amount of water come in thru one of her ceiling vents. She called me and then S & R. Since we never had called them for a repair, I wondered how fast they would go to her house. The day she called S & R had 4 people out to fix the problem A tile had moved and some leaves from a tree were actually the problem S & R were just great. I would recommend them to anyone and have actually had several friend use the. They are first class!!!!!

The stand out features for S & R were the pictures of the actual damage when I got the estimate, so I could actually see what was wrong. My final bill matched the estimate too, which is always wonderful. But they also left NO nails or roofing scraps in my yard when they were done, that I would have had to keep picking up for the next 3 months. After talking to other homeowners, THAT is the biggest reason to hire S & R. The did a great job!

I had to have my entire tile and flat roof replaced right before Christmas (an expense I wasn't expecting - but then again, the roof was 30 years old!). Upon reading such positive reviews, I called [redacted] (the owner) and he promptly came out to my house and completed a very thorough inspection of my roof. He explained the process and materials to be used, and quoted me a very fair price. A few days later, the job began and his crew arrived promptly all 3 days, and were friendly. They cleaned up after themselves so well everyday, that, aside from the dumpster in the driveway, one wouldn't even know they had been there! They did such a wonderful job and my roof looks spectacular! [redacted] made sure to inspect every little detail upon completion and I couldn't be happier. [redacted] has been in the roofing industry for over 30 years,and it shows. He is a very honest and reputable guy, and is so nice! I will absoutely recommend S&R Roofing to anyone I know in need of roofing repair or replacement!
