S & R Roofing

We invited a number of roofers to provide estimates for a new roof. Only one came back to us with a surprise. S & R Roofing said we did not require a new roof after all and instead told us we needed some repairs. It was certainly less expensive and disruptive. Not only did we receive that good news but also S & R Roofing provided us with a multi-year warranty. It is rare to find service people who are honest and fair and have good workmanship but S & R is such a company.

Our roof was damaged due to a microburst that hit the area. We were quoted by our insurance for full roof replacement. We received quotes from 3 local contractors that we found on the Revdex.com website. We decided to go with S&R roofing because they came out to quote us first on a Saturday right after the storm while the other 2 took almost another week to return our request for a quote. The quote we received was very detailed and included exactly the materials they were going to use. The price was very reasonable and within our insurance adjuster's quoted amount. Charlie and Tony's work crew were very professional and thorough with their work. We were always updated on the progress of the job and any delays that came up. They promptly answered all of our questions that we had throughout. Charlie worked with us and our HOA to obtain approval for our roof tile color since our HOA didn't have an updated list of approved replacement tile colors. They finished everything on time and we are very happy with our replacement roof.

They re-roofed our house at a good price while doing a quality job. The whole process was very professional, quick, and efficient. Project was completed ahead of schedule and the cleanup done by the crew everyday was outstanding. Customer service is truly stressed with S & R Roofing.

The owner was out to visit our house and answer all of my questions on the same day as I called for a quote. His professionalism and advice are second to none and I will continue to call him first for all of my roofing issues. I even had some follow up work that needed to be done ASAP and he and his team were out within 2 days to fix some flashing that was requested on a BINSR report. S&R Roofing started our roof on schedule, finished ahead of schedule, and Charlie kept us informed and was available throughout the process. His crew arrived on time and worked hard every day, regardless of whether it rained or not. The roof was protected from rain and the entire area was cleaned each night before the crew left. We were very happy with the quality of their work and their attention to detail. The final price matched the initial quote and payment was due only after all work was completed.

I had to have my entire tile and flat roof replaced right before Christmas (an expense I wasn't expecting - but then again, the roof was 30 years old!). Upon reading such positive reviews, I called [redacted] (the owner) and he promptly came out to my house and completed a very thorough inspection of my roof. He explained the process and materials to be used, and quoted me a very fair price. A few days later, the job began and his crew arrived promptly all 3 days, and were friendly. They cleaned up after themselves so well everyday, that, aside from the dumpster in the driveway, one wouldn't even know they had been there! They did such a wonderful job and my roof looks spectacular! [redacted] made sure to inspect every little detail upon completion and I couldn't be happier. [redacted] has been in the roofing industry for over 30 years,and it shows. He is a very honest and reputable guy, and is so nice! I will absoutely recommend S&R Roofing to anyone I know in need of roofing repair or replacement!

About 3 years ago my wife and myself had S & R do our tile roof in Sun City West. We also had them do our daughter's house in Scottsdale. Last week during the heavy rain my daughter had a small amount of water come in thru one of her ceiling vents. She called me and then S & R. Since we never had called them for a repair, I wondered how fast they would go to her house. The day she called S & R had 4 people out to fix the problem A tile had moved and some leaves from a tree were actually the problem S & R were just great. I would recommend them to anyone and have actually had several friend use the. They are first class!!!!!

Charlie arrived early and did a great job. He is honest, friendly and reasonably priced. His crew did a good job and cleaned up. We would highly recommend him to our family and friends and we will call him again.

The team at S&R is great! The owner [redacted] is honest and straightforward. when I was looking for someone to address a leak in my roof he was the ONLY roofing company to inspect the roof and not say I needed to spend $12K on a brand new roof! He recommended we get the flashing done and that's what we did-that worked and was perfect. It was a no brainier to call S&R when we needed additional work on our back patio roof (which is huge). [redacted] again gave us an amazing price and honest information-I feel like both are so rare! Know when calling S&R you are getting a genuinely good person on the other end who ensures quality! S&R Roofing did work on my patio roof. They came on time to give me an estimate. Told me exactly what needed to be done and came back on time to do the work. On top of that, I was expecting them to just do the roof repair and I would need to paint the trim, etc. They did all the work and painted to match the house so there was nothing I needed to do. They exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them.

Charlie was a good and honest person to work with. Having had several negative experiences with local roofers, Charlie and his crew were a breath of fresh air. He was very conscientious, and went the extra mile to ensure all bases were covered and that the job was done right. I would recommend him without hesitancy, especially in a trade where honesty and integrity is sometimes lacking.

Charlie of S&R Roofing explained my roofing problems with photos and did not try to sell me something I didn't need. He told me what time he could fix my problem and show up right on time. The job was finished in no time and clean up was more than I expected. If the patch holds up I would consider this a first rate company.

We were looking for good roofer for long time and we found the best one. S and R roofing company is the best. Charlie and his crew are excellent in this business. They have lots of experienxe and doing this for years. They replaced whole roof in our house in gilbert. They cleaned up everything and left no mess afrer ward. Charlie's crew showed up on the day it was scheduled and did hard work and finished the job on time. They used the better quality tar than other contracter use for similiar job. The tar paper he used is way better. I definitely used them again in the future and recommend for anybody looking for house work.

Charlie and his team just replaced our roof. They were fast, completing it in just 2 days, and cleaned everything up. The price was fair (and much less than some "name brand" roofers in the valley. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
