Blue ridge log cabin has not even put a door on the inside of the house to secure it from the outside elements, it is open to the basement which has no garage door or any downstairs windows. It also says on the general contractor’s contract that we closed with at [redacted] that blue ridge log cabin will provide the doors and windows for the basement. We clearly have a conflict in understanding about what their contract covers. By the way, the house insurance/construction insurance is not valid without the house being secured. So I am paying for insurance every month that wouldn’t be any good if I had to make a claim.  I have ask BRLC over and over again for the keys to the front door, but haven’t received them. The man who is now working with the house to try to help us finish it says there is many things that could be done without the air-conditioner being placed. He is helping me respond to these comments from Blue Ridge log cabin. Please be patient with us. Also BRLC Made promises on the front of the contract, exceptions to the contract. Blue ridge log cabin has not addressed any of this. [redacted]

I was just at the jobsite Saturday, October 28. Met a plumber there who will do the roughin work for the upstairs bathroom next week (week of Nov 6).  There has been no HVAC work done.  We will be at standstill until this is done for us to complete the trim out.  Also, there are no footers for any porches or decks at this time which prevents us from building the porches and decks.  Please let us know when the HVAC rough in has passed inspection and when the footers for the porches and decks have been poured so that we may complete our scope of work.There are no windows and doors for the basement from us because there are none on our contract.

Contrary to the customer's statement, we assisted a bank in complying with the request to keep the monthly payment under $[redacted] and meeting the contingency assigned to the contract. We currently have a legally binding contract of approximately $[redacted] and will agree to honor our price for an additional six (6) months which will allow the customer the opportunity to explore other financing options. Thank you, [redacted], President, Blue Ridge Log Cabins, LLC

All of the following items where rectified and completed prior to September 4th 2015 with the customers approval of work. There are currently no outstanding requests of service with this customer.
