Review: Good afternoon,We paid this company a $250 deposit a year ago. Never received contractual services, nor will they answer the phone or return calls. Upon researching further, we now see why. Apparently they are being sued for the same complaint among others. News reports also indicate further nefarious and unethical (even criminal if you ask me) activity, citations below.I'm quite sure my efforts here to recoup our meager funds and hold these crooks accountable will be in vain, as I understand they already have an F rating with the Revdex.com and are ignoring existing complaints against them. They have nothing to lose. I felt compelled to speak up because well, neither do I. Review: I went into a contract with Sader Power about a solar panel installment. The panels are not working a year later and I can not get anyone on the phone or to service them. I have called every number in the book. I have left messages. I have filled out everything online for help for three months now and not even a phone call.Desired Settlement: For sader to fulfill the contract that was agreed to.

In there response to Revdex.com they said they have contacted me to view the system online. This is false. I have NOT received any correspondence from this company since BEFORE I sent my complaint to the Revdex.com. The phone number in their response is the same number I have tried calling many times before it got to this point. So, to be clear, I have NOT heard from Sader Power. As far as I am concerned, the problem has NOT been alleviated.

Review: Sader had a service rep [redacted]) come out and sign me up for solar panels, he went over their program and explained to me that they required a $250.00 deposit. I never have heard from Sader since. They cashed my check, never returned any of my calls. I don't have any contact for them ,there is only a message will I call the number listed. I have tried for over two years to get my money back. Its like they cashed the check and just vanished. I would appreciate any help or advise you can provide me. Review: Sader Power has been advertising heavily on all media outlets in the new orleans area. I contacted the company to put a solar power system at my home. I paid the $100 dollar fee and had a shade analysis done for my home. I passed the analysis, however, no one has contacted me since. The company does not return phone calls / messages. The company does not answer their phones. The company does not answer emails. Word has gotten to me that they have lost their financial backer and are possibly going out of business. I would like my money refunded but I am also concerned about the number of people that they have done this to.Desired Settlement: I would like my deposit returned, and the company needs to stop the false advertising about their company. If they are not going to fulfill their business promises, they need to let the public know what is going on.

Review: We inquired about solar power in 2013 and contacted Sader Power for information. In Oct 2013, a Sader Power salesman came to our house with a contract and we wrote a check for $250. We were told the panels would be installed in about 2 months. We never heard from the company again after that. They cashed our check in February 2014 so I called to find out what was going on with our installation. They said they were waiting for a permit. I contacted Jefferson Parish code enforcement and they said there were no pending permits for my address. So I waited to see if anything happened. In April, I called again to ask about the status of our installation. They said they were still waiting for a permit. I then spoke to someone else in sales and said I wanted my $250 returned and was told it would take 2 weeks to return our money. So now it's May and we still have not received our $250 nor has anyone from Sader Power ever contacted us. Most of the time, nobody answers the phone at their phone number.Desired Settlement: I want our $250 returned to us.

Review: I went into an agreement with Sader power to get their solar panels on my home end of the third quarter 2013. They informed me that they would install my system in the beginning of 2014. I had to call them monthly starting in February and kept getting told it was different issues and they kept putting me off. Finally in July [redacted] the representative of the company I had been Dealing with told me they would cancel the contract I signed since they haven't installed it and he couldn't tell me when they would install it and he would get me my refund of the $200.00 that I paid at the original signing of the contract. It has now been an additional full 2-3 months and they are not returning my calls nor have I received my refund I was promised. This company has told me lies and misdirection from the beginning. All I want to do now is receive my refund so that I never have to deal with them again, since they seem to feel the same way with ignoring my calls.Desired Settlement: My refund check that I was promised by their representative 2 to 3 months ago.

Review: I was told by a representative that I would save on my engery bill by installing solar panels on the roof of my property and that's been over a year and I can tell you my bill is higher plus I have to pay for monthly service.Desired Settlement: For the company to pay for the panels to be removed from my roof and pay for any roof repairs caused by the installment and termination of my contract.

Review: Signed a contract with Sader July 17, 2013. Gave them a check made out to Griswold Power for $ 100. We were told someone would come out to check the roof etc.. That actually did happen sometime in Sept. The equipment was to be nstalled in September which of course did not happen. I called in October, then called again in November several times. Finally spoke with Mr. [redacted] who said they would have it gone by Thanksgiving. Nothing happened and no one contacted us. I called several times in December, left messages ... no one ever returns the phone calls. I emailed them in December as well .. they never responded. I just called that number again and left a message. Since the beginning of December on one ever answers that 304-7015 phone number.If this is how they operate before you get the equipment I can only imagine the stress of trying to get them afterwards if something goes wrong. I want the contract cancelled and I want my $ 100 back.[redacted]Desired Settlement: Pay back the $ 100 and send me a letter saying we have no contractual obligations to this company.

Review: it's amazes me that sader power has time to post on their FB page but can not return customer phone calls. I signed up with sader in august, paid my $100 deposit to salesman [redacted]. had a shade evaluation done on 8/15/2013. I was told that my panels would be installed in 4-6 weeks. received a letter 10/18/2013 saying that sader offices were moving and that the company would "be back on track" by November 1, 2013. I spoke with someone on 11/1/2013 and was told that my panels would be on my house in 2 weeks. on 11/14/2013 I spoke with someone who said I could get my $100 back...still waiting! I have called every week since 11/14/2013 with no return phone call. here we are 12/16/2013 FOUR months later no panels, no refund. sader power customer service sucks. sader power is the worst solar company ever!Desired Settlement: I want my $100 back, no services have been provided and I no longer want service from a company that gives customers the run around.

Sader Power received a complaint letter from the Revdex.com /

Greater New Orleans Area regarding complaint number [redacted].

The complaint stated was “Delivery Issues” in regards to

solar panels. Sader Power installed the solar panels in the promised time.

Sader Power then had a licensed electrician go to the home and complete the electrical

tie in to the solar panel array. The next step in the process is for the City

of New Orleans to go to the home and complete a building and electrical

inspection. After completion and sign-off of the building and electrical

inspection, the city then informs the appropriate electrical service provider (Entergy

New Orleans) that the house is ready for the installation of a net-meter. Entergy

of New Orleans has a total of 90 days to install the net meter. Sader Power The

inspection was complete on July 8th and Entergy of New Orleans installed

the net meter during the first week of August, which is within their obligated

time of installation. Sader Power activated

the system on August 1st and

the array is producing power, which was the desired settlement.

The sales representative that sold the solar array to Ms.

[redacted] has been dismissed from Sader Power for undisclosed reasons.

Sader Power’s customers are able to contact Sader Power by

calling the customer service number ###-###-#### or [redacted] if they have any question or concerns.

Review: I had solar power panels installed on my roof on 3/1/2013. It has since been almost one year since the installation and I haven't seen any difference in my electric bills as was advertised and how it was explained to me. I have repeatedly called the company to come and check my installation to make sure everything was working as designed. I also tried calling the Sales Representative ([redacted]) who sold me the system and the calls goes to voice mail, I leave a message and he has never returned my call. This company has not been working with me in good faith and has sold a product under false claims. This product has not reduced my monthly electric bill which average around 230.00 a month and plus I am under contract to pay them 35.00 a month, this is now causing my bill to exceed what I normally pay. I am demanding that they remove the product from my roof and release me from the monthly payment of 35.00 Also I am willing to participate in any class action suit that may arise against this company.Desired Settlement: I need refunded my down payment of 250.00 and be released from the monthly contract payment of 35.00.

Review: Sader Power agreed to refund my deposit ($250.00) and void our contract on Monday, the 4th of August, 2014. The contract was entered into in November of 2013. Since then, there has been delay after delay. Upon meeting with "[redacted]" on the 4th of August, 2014, I was, again, informed that the contract would be voided and my deposit returned by mail in the next two (2) weeks. Review: I entered into an agreement for solar panels with Sader Power in October 2013. I gave their representative, [redacted], a deposit check in the amount of $250.00. The inspection of my home was completed by [redacted] in early November 2013. My deposit check was cashed in November 2013. I called Sader Power in February 2014 since I had not heard back from them and because I saw on the news that there were problems with their company installing solar panels. I didn't get the gentleman's name that I spoke with but he told me that they were resolving some contract issues and that my panels were scheduled to be installed the 3rd week of March. I called the customer service number [redacted] on April 11, 2014 and spoke with [redacted]. I told her I do not want to do business with Sader Power; I do not trust them or their product; I want my deposit refunded; and that I would pick up the check not have it mailed to me. [redacted] indicated she would contact me when the check was ready. I have not heard back from anyone with Sader Power. I have called the customer service line many times and got a recording. I have left several messages but no one calls me back.Desired Settlement: I want to cancel the agreement since Sader Power did not provide the service they stated. I want my deposit in the amount of $250 refunded.

Review: 02.14.2014 This is a re-send, did not get a response from Revdex.com-New Orleans, checked emails and phone records. Sader representative have lied, They have avoided my phone calls, and I have not received any type of response from them. Their is no resolution. I have not received the panels, nor have I gotten my money back. I paid them more than 250 dollars, so I believe this to be a felony now. Review: On 7-25-2013 I signed a contract with Sader Power/ Griswold Power I paid $250.00 up front. I was told the $250.00 would not be cashed until the work began and that the $250 was for the entire first years monthly payments. The sales person explained that due to the company having to pull permits and order panels the $250 was needed for earnest "good faith" money. It should be noted that the sales person advised me it could take up to three months before the panels would be installed and that someone would be in touch to perform a roof inspection. In August of 2013 a representative of Sader came to my residence to do a roof inspection. After bending my gutters with his ladder he issued me a card which stated that my roof was good condition and that the installation could proceed. It should be noted that shortly after the inspection the $250 Check was cashed. On March 10, 2014 after months of no contact, [redacted] of Sader Power contacted me at which time he advised Sader was now installing larger panels. [redacted] explained that I needed to sign a new contract due to the panels changing and a crew would be out in two weeks to install the panels. It is now July 9, 2014 almost one year after signing the original contract. I've attempted to call Sader on several occasions with negative results. I've waited patently!Desired Settlement: I only ask that Sader refund my $250.00 and we go our separate ways.
