Dear Revdex.com, Please accept this as Safe Haven Security Services formal response to the complaint made by Ms [redacted] Safe Haven first would like to offer our apologies to Ms [redacted] for any and all frustration throughout this process Safe Haven strives for excellent customer service, and has spoken to all of our staff to ensure the behavior explained within the complaint does not occur in the future On 4/25, 4/27, and 4/Safe Haven explained that we do not guarantee savings through third party insurance companies during our sales processAll customers are educated on potential savings being available, and instructed to reach out to their home owner's insurance company to confirm actual discounts available Safe Haven reviewed the flyer in question stating $10-in monthly savings, but concluded that the flyer only stated insurance discounts are available.Safe Haven does not believe the customer was misinformed, and therefore is not willing to release the customer from the three year contract signed on 1/9/ Should the customer have additional questions or concerns we invite Ms [redacted] to contact us by phone at anytime Thank you for your review

Mr [redacted] ,To confirm Safe Haven Security has attempted and will continue to resolve this matter Presently in our possession Safe Haven Security has a copy of a paper signed contract, an electronic signed contract, and you have allowed our company to install a free security system into your home which comes with a month contractual agreement My apologies if there has been a disconnect in conveying the terms of the agreement Per the email sent to your attention on August 25th, 2016, I have provided a copy of the contract signed, as well requested a letter from you explaining the issues at hand with your signature attached Upon receiving this letter I will review your signature with the signature on the paper contract to confirm whether you had or had not signed the initial contract I am hopeful we can bring prompt resolution to this matter in the near future Thank you for your time and efforts as we bring your concerns to a close

Mr [redacted] states within his email that Safe Haven would not honor what the Sales Rep promised, yet we have zero records of the Customer reaching out to Safe Haven to have these discussions? On 1/4/Mr [redacted] did call ADT directly to cancel his contract, but during this call ADT advised the customer he would have to contact Safe Haven to request the cancellation of his account? Mr [redacted] did sign a three year contract with Safe Haven and ADT? Mr [redacted] also signed a Notice of Cancellation document which provides the timeline he would have to cancel the contract signedSpecifically within this Notice of Cancellation it states he had until midnight of 12/12/to cancel his contract with zero penalties? Safe Haven has attached a copy of this document for all to review? Dear Revdex.com,Please accept this as Safe Haven's formal response back to the complaint made by Mr***First and foremost, Safe Haven would like to apologize for any frustrations felt by the customer as we do strive for an excellent customer experience and per the complaint it seems we have fallen short of thatAfter reviewing the account Safe Haven did review ADT's notes and were able to get the customer a credit of $towards their bill to prevent over billing, a refund of $and an adjusted rate of $beginning on 2/24/ADT is still reviewing the account to lower the bill even further to and making another adjustment to $but currently is honoring the $rateSafe Haven does invite the customer to contact ADT Billing directly at ###-###-#### should he have any further questions or concernsThank you for your review

Safe Haven has spoken to the customer and is presently in the process of setting up a service appointment for our Technician to inspect the hard wired system to review a possible take over in lieu of the presently installed wireless system? The customer's system did go through a point by point check before upgrading to new wireless technology? Safe Haven does not benefit by pulling out existing equipment, and installing new equipment in for free? At the time of installation our Technician concluded that installing a new wireless system was the best route moving forward? In many cases the existing security system does not offer the same benefits / options as new security systems today? Mr [redacted] received a new keypad, new motion detector, three door / window contacts, remote key fobs , and two way voice capability? at zero cost? Two way voice features are not available on the Safe Watch ? At the time of Mr [redacted] 's installation he also signed a three year contract for monitoring with ADT? Safe Haven and Mr [redacted] have agreed to proceed with the service appointment to see about connecting the previous hard wired system? Dear Revdex.com, Please accept this as Safe Haven Security Services formal response to the complaint made by Ms [redacted] We would first like to apologize for the customer’s unsatisfactory experience with Safe Haven Security The sales representative mentioned within the complaint is one of our top Managers within the company, and does an excellent job for Safe Haven Security We are an Authorized Dealer of ADT, which is reflected on all pages of the contract the client signed when having the alarm system installed The client was being monitored by ADT, as Safe Haven Security is simply the company that installs and services the account over the first days of the contract The only service related issue we have noted on the account was the chime function was not working properly Safe Haven Security sent technicians to assist in fixing this issue, although the client did not permit the technician to come into the home to complete the service call Ms [redacted] has signed a contract for months, has allowed Safe Haven Security to install equipment into her home which she has not paid for, and now has cancelled the account with the notion that the contract and equipment will not be billed at her expense Ms [redacted] ’s personal information is 100% secure, and should have zero reservations that her information collected will be compromised I invite Ms [redacted] to contact Safe Haven Security to bring this matter to final resolution Thank you for reviewing the complaint at hand. Dear Revdex.com,Please accept this as Safe Haven Security Services formal response to the rejection made by Ms [redacted] Ms[redacted] stated to our Customer Service Representative that she has and was made aware the sales representative was from Safe HavenMs [redacted] also stated to the Customer Service Agent initiatlly it was her own mistake for confusing Guardian and Safe Haven as one in the same and stated the sales representative did not do anything wrong or was deceptive about what company he worked forMs [redacted] also continued to make arrangements about potentially cancelling and inquired about the fee to cancel after admitting fault to confusing both companies and stating she did not need two companiesMs [redacted] was given the contract to review the day of installation that informed her of who Safe Haven was, and what she was signingIn addition to being able to review the contract and sign the contract Ms [redacted] was also given a copy of the contract to review that included the notice of cancellation policyThe Notice of Cancellation Policy allows the customer a rescission period to cancel without penaltyDuring this 3-day period should a customer go back and review the contract, change their mind, have buyer's remorce etcSafe Haven allows the customer to be released from the contract without penaltyMs [redacted] did not exercise this right and was given full disclosure of what company she was moving forward with along with the contract the provided documentation of Safe Haven being an Authorized Dealer for ADT in the top left hand corner on each page of the contract that was signed and agreed upon by herSafe Haven will not be releasing Ms [redacted] from the contract without penatlyShould she decide to move forward with cancelling and wants to make payment arrangements for the early termination fee she can contact Safe Haven directly at [redacted] Thank you for your review
