Yes, I have put it in writing to cancel my Salesforce contract after two yearsHowever, I was very dissatisfied with the product and the initial cleaning of my database which could be described as a scamI have not been using the service and wanted to cancel it for the past monthsI made the June payment but I do not want to make the Sept paymentAs of now, it has not been paidThankfully my credit card expired so Salesforce could not bill me the last payment automaticallyI am not paying this final bill and I'd like Salesforce to release me from this contract and stop chasing me otherwise I will have no other recourse but to report more dissatisfaction with Salesforce to Revdex.com and other Social mediaThanks*** XXX-XXX-XXXX

Salesforce has not been able to provide any proof that I signed up for an annual contract, despite multiple requestsThey do not have a signed contract, or any sort of electronic signature from meThey claim that I was informed that I was agreeing to an annual contract, but I was told otherwise by the rep, and they have yet to produce any documentation that indicates that I agreed to a year contractI have asked for a recording of the sales phone call where the rep told me that I was entering into a quarterly agreement, but they have yet to produce that eitherSincerely,*** ***
