After months waiting for my order, nothingSeveral phone calls during that time were answered by nothing but excuses blaming the manufacturerI finally cancelled the order and was told I would receive an email the same day confirming the cancellation of the order and the refundTwo weeks later I called again and they said they thought I had requested a charge back with the credit card companyThis time I stayed on the line while they processed the cancellation and I received the confirmation

I need the cell urgentWould I know, there is no sense to wait at all, I would buy the cell from another seller, but because of the unsure promises, I have only to wait and waitHow long? BE WARNED I wish I had read the reviews on this crappy company before ordering from them They charged my credit card and weeks later I have still not received the product I have called saltcells.com five times to request ANY information like an expected delivery date, order status, etc., and I get nothing but excuses, empty promises, and run-around No delivery of product, and never a call back as promised I have no clue how a company that operates this way remains in business It looks like I found an alternative vendor for my hard to find (only manufactured in Australia) quikchlor salt cell --- www.bestpricesaltcells.com And their price was 30% less than saltcells.com I placed an order today Hopefully they provide better service

The check was sent thru our community mailbox I have not seen it come back The check is enroute as far as I know, he should have received it by now I will check with my carrier tomorrow to see if she knows anything

Same complaint as the others...we ordered a salt cell on June 24th and regrettably paid with a debit card rather than credit card We still don't have our product (August 21) and I cannot get answers via phone or email Looks like I should have checked the Revdex.com first Don't order from these guys

Mr*** received his money back on his credit card. I was notified on 6/28/he issued a dispute and his funds were returned

Mr*** needs to contact his credit card company to issue a dispute. We no longer have that company to process, and can not issue a return. I would if I could

This item has been ordered thru the manufacturer in Australia. They have it in production. I have spoken to *** quite a few times in the last month regarding all this. To say we have not had contact is false. The office personnel that handles the purchasing has been out of
the office from 1-27-till 2-6-14 but we last spoke on 1-20-2014. Will followup with Mr*** and factory today to see where they are in production
