complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I demand a full refund immediately.   I have contacted the company by phone at least 14 times as well as by email and requested full refund of the product they are unable to produce.  The company has given several different responses to why the item has not been sent.  They have claimed the item would be received in 3-5 days but refused to provide shipping/tracking information; [redacted] actually told me the package was on the way more than once.  On July 28, 2015 [redacted] told me the item was en route but I never received verification of shipment or the item.I emailed the company on August 5th and requested an immediate refund.  I called the company the following day and spoke to P.B. in billing and she claimed to be unable to process a refund despite being in the department that processed my credit card for payment.  I have not received the ordered product or refund and the personnel have lied to me directly.  Multiple calls to [redacted] A. have resulted in dodges, unanswered voice mail messages and promises of follow up that has no happened.

I would accept this answer, if I could belive the business. I got the attached mail on 10/15/2015 with the text: " It being shipped today. I am waiting...

for tracking numbers. ".I got some promises like this one meanwhile, and I get the some promise: "soon"  now again. What does mean "soon"?. All producer (never mind, if he sit in China, Russia, or Hungary -all the same) can give a real shipping schedule. Only the producer for Saltcells not? I need the cell urgent. Would I know, there is no sense to wait at all, I would buy the cell from another seller, but because of the unsure promises, I have only to wait and wait. How long? Can me say somebody? Can me somebody give the information, after how long waiting, beliveing, spoofing and deception should I turn to the FTC Complaint Assistant?[redacted]/Hungary

of the offer I reviewed appear below.In a reply to the Revdex.com, the business "Saltman Enterprises, DBA Saltcells.com" stated a check was put in the mail on 4/9/14. As of mail delivery 4/16/14  at my residence, I still have not received a refund check. A total of 6 mail delivery days, not including any mail processing 4/9/14. both locations are in metro Phoenix and should take no longer than 2 - 3 days.  Over the last two months, [redacted] at Saltman told me twice she was cutting a check which never appeared in my mail. I double checked my address on the original receipt and its correct.Regards,[redacted]

Britnee, I have not received a check and based on my conversations every week with [redacted] I doubt they sent one. She has yet to be honest about anything she says she has done..

I completely disagree.  Multiple calls were made to the business.  Either there was only voice mail or the receptionist taking calls. In fact just prior to filing this complaint I left a VM requesting a call to either give  me the status that the cell can be supplied or not. Again no callback. Prior to this,  I was told that they would pass on my status request for a  call back but no call was ever received.  Or  I was told they were out of town or at a job site.   Email was never returned. In reviewing the Revdex.com site, and the internet, this is a standard response that they are checking with their supplier or not returning any calls/emails.  At the time of initiating the transaction, I was told it would be 2 weeks which would  have been the middle of January.  They would  have known at that time the lead time.  If the communication was that it would be months, I would not have proceeded.   Any reputable supplier of a product will know delivery times. Based on the Revdex.com review, I have no confidence that the product will ever be delivered.

They charged my credit card and 10 weeks later I have still not received the product. I have called saltcells.com five times to request ANY information like an expected delivery date, order status, etc., and I get nothing but excuses, empty promises, and run-around. No delivery of product, and never a call back as promised.
I have no clue how a company that operates this way remains in business.
It looks like I found an alternative vendor for my hard to find (only manufactured in Australia) quikchlor salt cell --- www.bestpricesaltcells.com. And their price was 30% less than saltcells.com. I placed an order today. Hopefully they provide better service.

I can only do what the factory tells me...what does the customer want?  Product or refund?

Please note that a company check was sent to Mr. [redacted] on 12/20/2014.  This was sent to his company, [redacted].>

I ordered a product and it has been over a month and still nothing. there response is it will be there wednesday thursday? of which week and what I am thinking. when I ordered it said 5-8 business days. never order from them. you will never get your products.

After 3 months waiting for my order, nothing. Several phone calls during that time were answered by nothing but excuses blaming the manufacturer. I finally cancelled the order and was told I would receive an email the same day confirming the cancellation of the order and the refund. Two weeks later I called again and they said they thought I had requested a charge back with the credit card company. This time I stayed on the line while they processed the cancellation and I received the confirmation.

Same complaint as the others...we ordered a salt cell on June 24th and regrettably paid with a debit card rather than credit card. We still don't have our product (August 21) and I cannot get answers via phone or email. Looks like I should have checked the Revdex.com first. Don't order from these guys.
