shipped today. I am waiting for tracking numbers. ".I got some promises like this one meanwhile, and I get the some promise: "soon"  now again. What does mean "soon"?. All producer (never mind, if he sit in China, Russia, or Hungary -all the same) can give a real shipping schedule. Only the producer for Saltcells not? I need the cell urgent. Would I know, there is no sense to wait at all, I would buy the cell from another seller, but because of the unsure promises, I have only to wait and wait. How long? Can me say somebody? Can me somebody give the information, after how long waiting, beliveing, spoofing and deception should I turn to the FTC Complaint Assistant?

Ordered a pool salt cartridge on Jun 23rd, 2014 and on August 22nd, still no salt cell. It took us several days of calling to even get an invoice from them. Called several times over the past 2 months to check on shipping status and [redacted] has only provided multiple excuses including personal problems, but no definite delivery date. Many promised returned calls only to receive none and they also don't respond to their email. We were finally promised, via a voicemail, a delivery by [redacted] yesterday or today, 8/22, but given no tracking number so we still do not have a salt cell. This company will charge you for products immediately but they do not deliver. Do not buy from this supposed company, they will only take your money for products they don't have.

I completely disagree.  Multiple calls were made to the business.  Either there was only voice mail or the receptionist taking calls. In fact just prior to filing this complaint I left a VM requesting a call to either give  me the status that the cell can be supplied or not. Again no callback. Prior to this,  I was told that they would pass on my status request for a  call back but no call was ever received.  Or  I was told they were out of town or at a job site.   Email was never returned. In reviewing the Revdex.com site, and the internet, this is a standard response that they are checking with their supplier or not returning any calls/emails.  At the time of initiating the transaction, I was told it would be 2 weeks which would  have been the middle of January.  They would  have known at that time the lead time.  If the communication was that it would be months, I would not have proceeded.   Any reputable supplier of a product will know delivery times. Based on the Revdex.com review, I have no confidence that the product will ever be delivered.

This item has been ordered thru the manufacturer in Australia.  They have it in production.  I have spoken to [redacted] quite a few times in the last month regarding all this.  To say we have not had contact is false.  The office personnel that handles the purchasing has been out of...

the office from 1-27-14 till 2-6-14 but we last spoke on 1-20-2014.  Will followup with Mr. [redacted] and factory today to see where they are in production.

complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I demand a full refund immediately.   I have contacted the company by phone at least 14 times as well as by email and requested full refund of the product they are unable to produce.  The company has given several different responses to why the item has not been sent.  They have claimed the item would be received in 3-5 days but refused to provide shipping/tracking information; [redacted] actually told me the package was on the way more than once.  On July 28, 2015 [redacted] told me the item was en route but I never received verification of shipment or the item.I emailed the company on August 5th and requested an immediate refund.  I called the company the following day and spoke to P.B. in billing and she claimed to be unable to process a refund despite being in the department that processed my credit card for payment.  I have not received the ordered product or refund and the personnel have lied to me directly.  Multiple calls to [redacted] A. have resulted in dodges, unanswered voice mail messages and promises of follow up that has no happened.

The check was sent thru our community mailbox.  I have not seen it come back.  The check is enroute as far as I know, he should have received it by now.  I will check with my carrier tomorrow to see if she knows anything.

Mr. [redacted] needs to contact his credit card company to issue a dispute.  We no longer have that company to process, and can not issue a return.  I would if I could.

Mr. [redacted] received his money back on his credit card.  I was notified on 6/28/2015 he issued a dispute and his funds were returned.

[redacted] did not dispute the claim.  No further action was needed by us.  The money will not be taken away from Mr. [redacted].

action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The Credit Card Company issued a temporary credit to my account until they verify from the Merchant "[redacted]" that they indeed did not deliver the merchandise.  I have not received any correspondence from my Credit Card Company that [redacted] agrees to refund the full amount for non delivery.  Therefore, I will not release any claims until I have something in writing.Regards,Manny [redacted]
