To Whom It May Concern,In response to ID [redacted] , Andy Mohr Ford has been in communication with Ms [redacted] throughout the entirety of the processUpon purchasing her vehicle, she informed us that she lived in Maryland but wanted to title the vehicle using an Indiana addressWe informed the customer that we would need a copy of her social security card and two proofs of residency which is what the IN BMV requires when titling a vehicle to a customer with an out of state DLThe customer did provide us with her social security card and eventually provided one proof of residenceHowever, she never provided the second proof of residence and also never paid her $1,down payment which is shown on her contractAs the issue went on without the second document needed to title the vehicle and without the payment having yet been received, we offered to have the customer sign a new contract in her state of residence, Maryland, which would effectively push her first payment date out and lower the sales tax needed to be collectedWe would also have no problems titling the vehicle for her as her DL matched her physical residence in MD and we wouldn't need any additional documents to complete the title process going that routeAs the customer has already mentioned, she refused to sign the new contractShe also refused to provide the second proof of residence as well as pay us the outstanding $1,down payment. We contacted our attorney who is attempting to collect the balance owedHe also provided us with the second proof of residence necessary for us to title the vehicle in Indiana per the customer's requestThe vehicle was successfully titled in the customer's name in Indiana 5/11/The only item that held us up from completing the title work for the customer was the customer not providing the necessary documents.Should you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, The loan that got accepted I ( [redacted] ***) was a cosigner on [redacted] put HER for a vehicle that we were told was good to goI also agreed to trade MY van in on the newer vehicleWe had the newer vehicle in our possession for almost weeks then we get an email days before the deal expires saying they need another form, the form was submitted the next dayWe then were contacted saying that the deal had expired and we would need to sign a new dealBecause of the negligence on the dealers part in asking for all the paperwork which they had weeks to do instead wait until the deal expiresWhich we have all email chains as well as the original VOIDED contract due to expiringWhen [redacted] originally went back to get MY van and turn their vehicle back over to them she was told it was out ( the van for some reason) and just to continue in the newer vehicleAnd review the original VOIDED contract where that portion relating to any liens etcwould be explained and the party to initial saying that it had been viewed and you will find I did not initial because it was not went over properlyAnd by virtue of their own contract have to fall in a different portion of the contract due to letting the other expire you will see that it states MY vehicle is to be returned, and if sold (which the is tried to do) they would owe me selling price minus 15% commission for the saleOr offer me the vehicle at payoff with no interest(which would be per month for months)And in NO case are they legally obligated to keep any portion of HER downpayment for any reasonIf payment is required for any service or condition that would have to be a separate matter entirelyShe is entitled to all HER money backAnd I would pay exactly what I owed on the van prior to going into their screwed up crooked establishment in the first placeWhich is per month for monthsThat is the fair resolution whether Andy Mohr will admit it or notChannel has picked up and reviewing this case now anyhow and apparently it has been done to many people and even has terms associated to the malpracticeWe are currently suing them for much more than they could have fairly resolved the issue in the first place [redacted] ***

I am responding to complaint [redacted] from [redacted] Mrs [redacted] did In fact come to the dealership on 5/27/and purchase a GMC TerrainThe vehicle was placed on the lot for sale but did qualify for an extended service contract that the customer declined when financingOn 6/the service department was notified, the vehicle was brought in, and a repair order was generated for a transmission concernThe vehicle was sent over to our Chevrolet location to be inspectedit was noted at our Chevrolet location that the transmission had an internal faultMrand Mrs [redacted] came Into the dealership and spoke with the Used Car Manager Cooper L [redacted] about the vehicle and the issueThey were advised at that time that the vehicle was purchase and since they chose not to purchase an extended service plan the repairs would be their responsibilityMrL [redacted] offered options of trading them out into another vehicle which they declinedAfter a lengthy conversation it was agreed upon that Andy Mohr Ford would be willing to help out and pay for half of the repairAt that time Mrand Mrs [redacted] found that resolution to be satisfactoryWe are now surprised that the above complaint has been filedThe option of purchasing an extended service plan is still available if they would like to take advantage of itThey would just need to contact the Finance Department between the hours of gam-8pm Monday thru Thursday or 9am to pm Friday and Saturday If there are any questions please feel free to contact me at 317-839- Sincerely, [redacted]

Trading the truck in can be done at our store or any other dealership you preferThe value of your truck would be determined by the respective dealership's perceived valueThe value would be used to offset the balance owed to the lender and any positive or negative equity could simply be applied or rolled into the new purchase.Thank you

We empathize with Mr [redacted] 's concerns with his vehicleThe vehicle comes with a year or 50,mile warranty and we listened to and have corrected discovered issues within factory specifications The factory engineer even assisted is rectifying his concerns TSB reports are sent out as an 'IF' you experience 'X' then try this, not all units experience the complaint, so to fix a unit without a concern does not do any good Mr [redacted] is more than welcome to continue to work with the manufacturer and us if further problems occur and to see if assistance will be provided from the manufacturer in terms of swapping vehicles at a 'zero dollar transaction' since our generous numbers were not satisfactory for him , but we will not be able to accomodate him in this regard

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] I have contacted many times and the BMV has no record of the vehicle

Hello,Thank you for your replyAs mentioned in a previous response, the vehicle was titled in your name in the state of Indiana 5/11/We do not process the registration on your behalf as the state of Indiana requires you to complete this in person at any IN BMV location or online through your MYBMV account (if you have one)Once you do this, you will be given a temporary registration and temporary plate while your permanent plate and registration are processed and mailed out to the registered addressThe title receipt referencing this information was mailed to the address used for your purchase.Thank you

Dear [redacted] *** I am responding to complaint [redacted] filed by [redacted] ***Ms [redacted] was in our dealership in September of to purchase a vehicleAt the time of delivery there were no issues with the vehicle she purchasedTo help insure that a customer receives all promises that are made we fill out a we owe form on every dealAttached you will find a copy of the we owe that was included in Ms***'s dealYou will see that there was nothing promised or owed to the customer at that timePlease note Ms***'s signature showing that she was aware nothing was promised or owedI would like to offer to help Ms [redacted] with a discount on the repair of her mirror as well as pick up and delivery of her vehicle if she should decide that she would like to have Andy Mohr Ford repair her mirror. Please feel free to have her contact me at the 317-839-if she would like to arrange that.Sincerely,Dennis P [redacted] Used Car Director

They said they were going to give me the money back but then they some house find something wrong with the carIt started Thad they were going to keep the deposit for issues that I bought the car with then agree that was not right and now they are saying there is more damage that was not there when they came and picked thr car up from me

Ms. [redacted] The Maroney sticker states the Recaro seats are optional. The section describing the seats as Mr. [redacted] is referring to is in the standard equipment section, these features are included in the base price of the vehicle. The vehicle selected and purchased by Mr. [redacted] has the... optional seats on it - this eliminates the standard equipment as you pay extra for the upgrade, which he did.If Mr. [redacted] would like to trade the vehicle in on something else we would be happy to work with him The sales manager, David W***, has already been trying to reach him to discuss this option. Thanks

Included are text with the salesperson where originally everything was supposed to go into my fiancés name, and it wasn't decided until the very end that it would go into my nameAlso my emails with matt where I didn't find out until may that the down payment hadn't been collectedThere are emails where I asked what other documentation would be needed, and was cooperative the whole time until the very end when we wanted to return the truck because of how cumbersome it has been to deal with this car dealership
Indiana has 7% sales tax, and md has 6% sales tax, They are comparable in their amount but MD is obviously not zero, therefore I don't see how it would make the loan come down $2,as the dealership has mentioned
Since this is the first time i'm hearing about it, what all would trading in the truck entail?
We have made modifications to the truck since we have had it, which would increase the value of the truck

We have been trying to reach MrW*** to resolve and have not been able to contact himPlease reach out to us anytime. Dennis P*** or Chris H***

After asking our people about Ms***' story, I discovered that she was communicated to on Friday 8/by Shaun A***Shaun informed her of her options for securing a new loan I then called her number and left her a voice mail I hope to hear from her If she has completed or
is needing assistance in completing the stipulations from the lender, I am hoping we can assist in completing the process The salesperson did not communicate very well (he left for vacation) and the managers have not communicated very well either, and for that I apologize We await an communication from her to hopefully move forward. Thanks Chris H***

Although I agree with our lack of customer service and communication throughout Mr***'s problem (which have been addressed internally), there are a few things we have done to hopefully alleviate his issue. We were unable to find an abwind noise from the driver door area, so we
contacted the factory, who sent an engineer, to help diagnose the problem, He recommended a couple of procedures which we performed and his vehicle is ready for pick up and he has been contacted and informed of this. Mr***'s business is greatly appreciated and I apologize for the troubles he has had so far and we welcome him to be an Andy Mohr Ford customer anytime he may need assistance in the future

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I'm completely fine to pick up the iPad from the dealership as long as they are offering a brand new one (of the current model) and can also give me a proof of purchase in the event that it there is an issue with it where I would have to have it replacedI want to clarify that I don't intend to blame anyone at Andy Mohr in particular (especially not Chris) for this error as something along the line just must have gotten miscommunicated about this dealFor everything else I've needed, Chris has been very friendly, helpful, and responsive. Thank you for your help with this matter

Spoke to her Refunding the window etch contract

First, the check I received in the mail yesterday was $63.89, not $80.00. The description and buyer terms of the truck listed on Ebay (attached) says buyers will be charged their state sales tax which they did. No where in the Ebay contract does it say that I will have to pay sales tax again when I register/title my vehicle, paying sales tax twice. When picking up the vehicle, I specifically was told that they contacted Oklahoma and I do not have to pay sales tax again if I paid through the dealership This was not true. Also please see #in the Ebay agreement that says out of state borrowers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title services IN THE STATE THAT THE VEHICLE WILL BE REGISTERED. No where does it mention that I have to pay sales tax in Indiana and again in Oklahoma. I have purchased several vehicles before in other states, and never had an issue like this where something was not disclosed on Ebay and having to pay sales tax twiceMy complaint is I was specifically told when completing the title documents that the sales tax was for Oklahoma. When buying a vehicle through Ebay, the representations made by a seller are fully disclosed. Paying DOUBLE sales tax was not. The difference is now $176.11.

Mr*** entered into a contract for purchasing a vehicle with stipulations for financing through the bank that pre-approved him The bank determined the provided stipulations did not meet the requirements and denied the loan He has driven the vehicle for a month and did return it
recently as we continued to find a financing sourceWe had two options available to him which he deniedThe purchase order signed by Mr*** state's there is restitution for restocking a unit that in this case equated to over $ We made an agreement with Mr*** to refund the $of the $he put down We then discovered a child support lien for $on the title that Mr*** would need to take care of before consummating the end transaction We are willing to refund $to Mr*** and pay off his lein for him with the other $300. We make our living by selling/fixing vehicles to customers so no one benefits unless one is sold We are awaiting Mr*** to honor his commitments so we can both put this behind us
