We have spoken with Mr. [redacted] and informed him we have several trucks like he wants here and available.  He is making arrangements to come in.  We apologize for the confusion he had prior to today.

They said they were going to give me the money back but then they some house find something wrong with the car. It started Thad they were going to keep the deposit for issues that I bought the car with then agree that was not right and now they are saying there is more damage that was not there when...

they came and picked thr car up from me.

Revdex.com:
I received a check for the sales tax refund in the mail today.  My complaint has been resolved.  Thank you. Complaint ID [redacted], and find that this response/resolution is satisfactory to me.

Ms. [redacted]The Maroney sticker states the Recaro seats are optional.  The section describing the seats as Mr. [redacted] is referring to is in the standard equipment section, these features are included in the base price of the vehicle. The vehicle selected and purchased by Mr. [redacted] has the...

optional seats on it - this eliminates the standard equipment as you pay extra for the upgrade, which he did.If Mr. [redacted] would like to trade the vehicle in on something else we would be happy to work with him  The sales manager, David W[redacted], has already been trying to reach him to discuss this option. Thanks

Trading the truck in can be done at our store or any other dealership you prefer. The value of your truck would be determined by the respective dealership's perceived value. The value would be used to offset the balance owed to the lender and any positive or negative equity could simply be applied or rolled into the new purchase.Thank you

[redacted] Trading the truck in would not be the same as returning it all together and no longer having to deal with a dealership that lacks professional and ethics.  The only "trade" we would be interested in, is returning the truck and getting our trade in back.  No surprise, now almost 2 months later...we still have not received our tag/ registration for the truck.

I spoke with Ms. [redacted] on the phone. She explained she could not get an answer on items she wanted done to her vehicle.  My managers were trying to determine if the work was agreed to be done or not.  I told her I would look in to it.  She asked that she receive a second key, fix...

the crack in her windshield, repair the navigation in her vehicle, and determine if her car was a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO). I told her I would check and see what I could do.   I looked through the documentation from the car deal and found there was no mention of these items other that the CPO.  I confirmed with Ford that her vehicle is in fact a CPO unit.  I also discovered her navigation did not work because her car did not have a navigation radio not because it was broken.  She had the original factory window sticker that stated it did have it when it left the factory in 2012.  I told her to bring that with her and I would see if I could find out what happened to the navigation. I made no discovery on this. I also informed her I would give her a second key and replace her windshield at no cost to her on good faith.  She said she would be over after work and I prepared a loaner car for her use while we were going to make the windshield replacement.  When she arrived she mentioned that the navigation was working since she purchased it (February 2016) so she felt it HAD to of had it. I asked her to show me.  We went to her car and she could not get the navigation to work and I explained it was not going too.  I gave her extra key to her and said her windshield would be in in the morning.  She said if the car was CPO it is required to have original equipment.  I explained that the equipment on the vehicle had to meet CPO requirements and that the radio in it did. I mentioned that if the original owner swapped the radio before trading it in to us, we could not control that. I also used an example of someone buying aftermarket wheels/tires and then traded it in to us, we would not go buy new factory wheels/tires, the wheels/tires would just need to meet CPO requirements.  She got upset and asked me to leave her vehicle and mentioned she would just go get her windshield fixed on her own elsewhere for $60. I asked if she was sure that is what she wanted to do and she confirmed that and left with her extra key and her vehicle.  We canceled the windshield order. We are still willing to put a windshield in her car at no cost to her, but are unwilling to install a navigation system free of charge.

I will happily provide all of my correspondence with the dealership, which shows that I had made several attempts to contact my original finance manager about what other documents he would need. Also when I went into the dealership, the original purchaser was supposed to be my fiancé who has an IN license, I was supposed to only be a co-signer for the loan. The contract even has some of my fiancé's information on it as well his car that he traded in for the truck. By the end of the transaction, they had removed him from the loan and the title of the truck and only I was on it. I had asked multiple times what other information Matt G[redacted] (who is no longer employed there) what else he would need. It wasn't until May that a new contract was offered, and all that he said is they were having issues but did not elaborate. I did not refuse to pay the down payment that the dealership failed to collect, I did request they waive it. Andy Mohr insists that MD doesn't have a sales tax, which gives more cause for concern in that they will tell anybody anything to get them to sign another contract.
"Maryland Excise Titling Tax-If the vehicle has been recently purchased, the 6% excise tax is based on the greater of the total purchase price verified by a notarized MVA Bill of Sale."
Additionally according to IN dealers division if a title can not be provided within 31 days than the purchaser can return the vehicle. Shaun Addision said we were unable to return the vehicle. The last email I have is from may 10th, where I had told shaun A[redacted] after he blamed me for all the difficulty with the vehicle purchase is that I had even text my proof of residence to the salesperson to insure that they received it. The next day he sent an email saying the vehicle had been titled and that was the last I have heard. All I wanted to do is return the vehicle and they said no it would not be an option.

We are very sorry Mr. [redacted]'s truck was stolen.  We involved the police and the insurance company right away and provided Mr. [redacted] a vehicle to drive while the details were sorted out.  The insurance company has been working with Mr. [redacted] on the details and they are a separate entity...

from us.  We are willing, as Mr. [redacted] knows, to sell him a unit at cost whenevr he decides to move forward..

We empathize with Mr. [redacted]'s concerns with his vehicle. The vehicle comes with a 4 year or 50,000 mile warranty and we listened to and have corrected discovered issues within factory specifications.  The factory engineer even assisted is rectifying his concerns.  TSB reports are sent...

out as an 'IF' you experience 'X' then try this, not all units experience the complaint, so to fix a unit without a concern does not do any good.  Mr. [redacted] is more than welcome to continue to work with the manufacturer and us if further problems occur and to see if assistance will be provided from the manufacturer in terms of swapping vehicles at a 'zero dollar transaction' since our generous numbers were not satisfactory for him , but we will not be able to accomodate him in this regard.

We refunded her money already

We have spoken with Mr. [redacted] several times about the sales tax we are required to collect from the state of Indiana.  Which we did collect.  We had an agreement to refund $80 because we overcharged him the rate .75%.  Oklahoma is not a reciprocating sales tax state so he did not...

receive credit for the $160 he paid here as required by indiana.  He understands this and the $80 has been Fedexed to him Thanks

Regards,                  The loan that got accepted I ([redacted]) was a cosigner on. [redacted] put HER 1500.00 for a vehicle that we were told was good to go. I also agreed to trade MY van in on the newer vehicle. We had the newer vehicle in our possession for almost 6 weeks then we get an email 2 days before the deal expires saying they need another form, the form was submitted the next day. We then were contacted saying that the deal had expired and we would need to sign a new deal. Because of the negligence on the dealers part in asking for all the paperwork which they had 6 weeks to do instead wait until the deal expires. Which we have all email chains as well as the original VOIDED contract due to expiring. When [redacted] originally went back to get MY van and turn their vehicle back over to them she was told it was out ( the van for some reason) and just to continue in the newer vehicle. And review the original VOIDED contract where that portion relating to any liens etc.. would be explained and the party to initial saying that it had been viewed and you will find I did not initial because it was not went over properly. And by virtue of their own contract have to fall in a different portion of the contract due to letting the other expire you will see that it states MY vehicle is to be returned, and if sold (which the is tried to do) they would owe me selling price minus 15% commission for the sale. Or offer me the vehicle at payoff with no interest. (which would be 200 per month for 24 months). And in NO case are they legally obligated to keep any portion of HER downpayment for any reason. If payment is required for any service or condition that would have to be a separate matter entirely. She is entitled to all HER money back. And I would pay exactly what I owed on the van prior to going into their screwed up crooked establishment in the first place. Which is 200 per month for 24 months. That is the fair resolution whether Andy Mohr will admit it or not. Channel 6 has picked up and reviewing this case now anyhow and apparently it has been done to many people and even has terms associated to the malpractice. We are currently suing them for much more than they could have fairly resolved the issue in the first place.
[redacted]

Yes, we did purchase the vehicle "As Is" with the BG warranty that came with it and the understanding that Andy Mohr has a full disclosure policy. The short amount of time we had owned the vehicle leads us to believe they had to have known there was a problem at the time of the sale.

Dear [redacted] I am responding to complaint [redacted] filed by [redacted]. Ms. [redacted] was in our dealership in September of 2016 to purchase a vehicle. At the time of delivery there were no issues with the vehicle she purchased. To help insure that a customer receives all promises that are...

made we fill out a we owe form on every deal. Attached you will find a copy of the we owe that was included in Ms. [redacted]'s deal. You will see that there was nothing promised or owed to the customer at that time. Please note Ms. [redacted]'s signature showing that she was aware nothing was promised or owed. I would like to offer to help Ms. [redacted] with a discount on the repair of her mirror as well as pick up and delivery of her vehicle if she should decide that she would like to have Andy Mohr Ford repair her mirror. Please feel free to have her contact me at the 317-839-6541 if she would like to arrange that.Sincerely,Dennis P[redacted]Used Car Director

After several unsuccessful attempts at resolution with Mr. [redacted], this has been turned over to our collection agent for resolution.  Mr. [redacted] has been in contact with them

We have had numerous communications with Mr. [redacted] regarding his Ipad mini.  He has been communicated to to come and pick his promotion gift up at his convenience.  We do not have one here today, as this promotion was close to 2 years old and we do not store those items for that...

period of time, but all he needs to do is schedule a time to retrieve his gift and we will make arrangements to have one for him and honor the promotion as we do ALL promotions. We cannot deliver the promotion because there is an 'acknowledge of receipt' form that needs to be signed.Mr. [redacted] has been a good customer and is currently communicating with his salesperson Chris [redacted] to purchase another car for his wife, so we are a little surprised by this complaint.
