Our regular service man John left the company so Joshua came by today to service our air. And he is every bit as nice as John and also knew a lot about our air. We hope to see Joshua in the furture if we have any problems or just for a check up on the air. Way to go Santa Fe for hiring the best!!

I have a annual maintenance contract with Santa Fe and always have Mike C do our maintenance. Mike is always punctual, calls 30 minutes before arriving so I can put the dogs up . He is always thorough and is helpful in marking appliances for me. He takes the time to explain what he has done and the condition of our heater and April Air humidifier. I never feel like he is having us purchase items I don't need. I researched all the AC/Heating companies before going with Santa Fe and they were above far the best and reliable out there. If I need them to come on weekends or emergency situations, they are available as. well. They do a great job.

I have a preventative maintenance plan and always ask for John H as my technician. He does a great job and always explains everything he is doing clearly for me. Santa Fe is great about accommodating my schedule, too.

If you are thinking about replacing a old HVAC system now is the time to call a pro. We have been using this family run business for 15 years and have no complaints on the service or the product they install. Marco and Kyle arrived on the installation project on time and worked their plan. They were polite and cleaned up after their work and also explained the system's operation at the end of the day. Great Product, Great installers, Fair Price....Call Santa Fe Air if you want it done right !

I had a Daikin mini-split installed in my garage and am pleased with the product and installation by Brad and his teammate. They arrived on time and completed the project on schedule with any issues. The system has been working as I hoped. It was a pleasure working with SFAC and will do so again in the future.

Had Santa Fe install a new HVAC system in our home on 9/17/2015. On 6/5/19 we noticed the AC was not cooling our home. Called Santa Fe and they sent a repair man out. Repair man found the AC coil totally covered in ice. Further investigation found several coolant leaks in the coil they had installed just 3 years prior. The service tech stated that there were known problems with the York equipment installed in our home. He went on to say the copper used in their systems was not good and resulted in poor quality components. A new coil was installed on 6/12/2019 and the tubes were made of aluminum, not copper which supports the comment made by the tech. In the end, we ended up paying $940 for repairs to a 3 year old system. Based on this experience, I would NEVER recommend someone use this company as they install components that they know are of sub-standard quality.

They informed me the electrical wire was out of code, explained my options and after I made my decision executed the work. They answered all my questions throughout the day and made the process very simple.

We’ve used Santa Fe since our first house 15 years ago, and every house since then. We once waived warranty coverage at a new house in favor of having Santa Fe do the work. The entire Santa Fe team, from the front office, to the service techs has always gone out of their way to methodically explain things, provide unmatched service and amazing turn-around times. The Santa Fe team is second to none and like family. We won’t use anyone else for our HVAC issues and needs.

We had a new furnace, AC and water heater installed in October and an Ecobee thermostat with two sensors. We’ve had difficulty regulating the temperature in the house. John C came out to the house and work persistently until the issue was solved — no small task! He problem solved several other issues while he was here. If you are looking for a technician and company with integrity, look no further.

Ian and Nick installed an a/c and furnace. Both techs were pleasant and easy to deal with. They did a great job. The a/c was professionally installed and put on a nice pad that was leveled. The furnace install was another winner , with nice duct work and a clean run drain line for the humidifier. Couldn't be happier. They cleaned up before they left , leaving their work areas spotless. Santa Fe Air and Heating is well represented by 2 true professionals.

Mike was sent to do my yearly furnace check. Mike did a great job! He was friendly, explained results from his tests performed, and happily answered any questions that I had. He even discovered my drain next to my furnace was starting to clog which is great since I probably wouldnt have noticed until it was fully clogged since I dont go down to my unfinished basement much.
