My furnace quit heating late on New Year's eve when it was 0 degrees. I called Santa Fe Air and they sent Daniel out on New Year's Day and he quickly repaired it!

Santa Fe Air provided excellent service in very timely fashion. Our furnace/ac unit quit in February, and was replaced the next day after ordering it through Mark. The installation team went the extra mile to make sure it looked good and was up and running quickly.

I had a check up on my heat pump furnace today everything went great . It was really cold out but Mike C. did not seem to mind he did a heck of a job.

Dennis G came during mid december, before winter had fully started, and luckily got our heater working before it hit the negatives in Olathe. He was very kind, talkative when I talked and tried to help teach me some minor things about iot and explain what he was doing. Very professional.

Joe W. is great. called me 30 minutes before arrival. double-checked with me what he was he to check on. Problem-solved determined it was issue with the installation (still under warranty, nice). fixed the problem. showed me that the humidifier unit was powered and programmable. Checked on some icing forming from the High Efficiency exhaust, confirmed and showed me no damage and risk. But proposed additional solutions going forward. Also checked on some caulking on the AC outdoor unit. Very professional, took his time to do it well, explained everything, and took time to look at another related issue instead of having me make another service call. Overall, A+ satisfaction

I have had excellent experience with Santa Fe Air Conditioning and Heating. They replaced my central air two years ago. The installers were excellent as is our maintenance technician, Dennis, who does our bi-annual HVAC checks. The office staff owners are easy to reach and easy to work with; same for the owners. I recommend them for HVAC replacement and maintenance.

Daniel was very prompt, attentive, and professional. He checked out our furnace and fixed the humidifier in a very timely manner.
