Mike C. fixed my A/C on Labor Day weekend. I had a refrigerant leak which took 3.5 hours to ascertain problem, locate, drain system, repair leak, and recharge. During that time Mike was professional and courteous. He answered all my questions and explained what he was doing as he went along. He had a wonderful work ethic, monitoring and checking as he went along; saying he wanted the job done right so he or someone else would not have to come back. He also diagnosed that the outside fan motor's bearings were going and would leave word for someone to order a new motor on Tuesday. I am very pleased with Mike's work and Santa Fe Air!

I've been using Santa Fe Air for about 10 years now. Ever since the first service call everything has been top quality and reasonably priced. In addition to the semi annual inspections they have completed a few repairs and installed two new systems in two different homes. I recommend them to anyone who asks without hesitation.

New AC/Heating install
Marco and Kyle installed my new AC/Heating last week. They were very efficient and Marco took some extra time to answer any questions that I had about the install. Overall I am happy with the installation.

We called Santa Fe Air when our air conditioner wasn't putting out cold air. Joe W came to the rescue and got our unit fixed. He was very knowledgeable as well as courteous and friendly. We really appreciated his help and signed up for their yearly maintenance plan.

technician, Mike C. was excellent ! Arrived exactly the time of the appointment, went right to work, solved the problem with my air conditioner, was in and out in appx. half hour. I have used Santa Fe Air for a number of years, and always had excellent work from them. Mike C. was great to work with.

Amazing tech who knew with 5 minutes what was wrong. Fixed the AC challenge, then checked the furnace. Observed a challenge and fixed that too. Amazing tech with amazing knowledge. Couldn't be happier!!! =)

A very nice experience once again with Santa Fe Air.

After having multiple problems with Anthony Heating & Cooling (and their techs) I was needing a better company for work done. A few companies later telling me they had no 1 they could send out to repair my A/C in a reasonable timeframe I scheduled online with Santa Fe Air, and unlike the other companies they were able to send someone out the same day.
John H. from Santa Fe Air was an exceptional technician (arrived earlier than scheduled was bonus) and I was taken aback by his knowledge and service. He took the time to explain what/why he was doing things. Nothing was hidden and his work was quick and efficient. Will definitely be calling back and asking for him personally on future repairs/upgrades.

Brad was the installer for my new A/C unit. Arrived at the scheduled time and worked as quietly as can be expected for something like this. I appreciated that he was willing to answer questions about the operation of the system, and why some things were done the way they were.
Mark had come to give me the estimate. He also showed up on time, and was helpful in explaining the features and advantages of the brands they sell, and why they don't sell some others.
Seven years ago Santa Fe put in a high efficiency furnace for me, and that went well also. So, overall a very good experience with this company.

Marco and Ian installed three HVAC systems in my home in two days. They were diligent, punctual, quiet, clean, careful, polite and considerate in every way. They were exemplary installers and confirmed for me that I had made the right decision in choosing Santa Fe Air after getting a total of five bids.
