I have refunded this order as of 12/23/15K** *** - FastSpring

This preauthorization has now been cancelled in the gateway May take a couple of days to go through the system. ***

Support team forwarded the request to the seller requesting a refund and it was granted. There were two follow up tickets from the buyer requesting an update; Again, they were redirected to the seller and the seller responded. Doesn't appear our team closed the loop and follow up with
the buyer but refund was processed.Customer Support Fastspring

Both orders have been refunded today

I do see we posted a refund forDL***5-1778-17144Bwhich was originally billed on Nov That refund was issued on Dec to mastercard ending 9695Is that the only one you needed refunded?K** *** - FastSpring

If FastSprings representative, MrK** ***, was truthful, then I will certainly know by next week whether or not they refunded the remainder of charges debitedTherefore, I would like to reserve judgment or comment until I actually see that these charges have been refunded.In the meantime, however, I would like to express my deepest appreciate and gratitude to Revdex.com of the Tri-Counties for your arbitration in resolving this very unfortunate issue.Thus, until I actually see the reflected REFUNDED charges, I would like to request that this complaint #remain open until such timeOnce the funds have been refunded I will contact you and let you know so that the complaint can be closed
