Very friendly and helpful. A huge selection. Would suggest for anyone to make the drive.

Within a hour at Sasha's Babettes I found my dream prom dress. They have a wide selection of gowns. There's something for everyone.

This would be my first time coming to babettes very nice people here, greeted me at the door. Very pretty dresses for plus size girls alot of colors also they also make you feel comfortable nd confident to try on dresses I highly recommend coming here for a prom dress

After going to a dress store and receiving horrible service and having no luck with a dress I decided to go to Babette's and look. They had amazing service and helped me find a prom dress that I love and cannot wait to wear.

We tried on a multitude of dresses for my daughter's prom and Lexi was incredibly attentive and patient during the whole experience. We walked away with a great dress!

Review: Purchased a fully sequenced gown at Sasha Babette's Formals (Manufacturer: [redacted]) on 9-5-15 for daughter's Senior Homecoming Dance on 10-9-15. The cost of the gown was $501.83 plus alterations for $20.33. At my daughter's fitting I requested that the dress be gone over to make sure that the sequence was secure. On the way into the dance the string/thread used to sew the sequence on began popping loose at the bottom of the gown in multiple areas. As a result, the sequence began falling off in puddles and long strings were hanging off the bottom of the dress. The more these strings pulled the more sequence continued to fall. Not only was this embarrassing, but my daughter was unable to dance and participate because the more she moved the worse the gown got. By the time she returned home large areas of sequence were missing off the gown. I went back to Babette's with the gown the following day (10-10-15) and spoke to an assistant manager. She took my info and said the manager would call on Monday (10-12-15) and I left the dress at the shop to be examined. I did not receive a call on Monday, so I called the shop Tuesday afternoon (10-13-15) and spoke to the manager. The manager offered to have the gown repaired along with a $50.00 gift certificate. I told her that I did not need the gown to be repaired because the event was over and the dress was no longer any use to us. Nor did I want a gift certificate because I would not ever be returning to purchase another gown at the store. I asked for a refund of some kind, but was denied. She told me that the dress left the store in good condition and was worn, so no refund would be given. Although the dress appeared to be in good condition, this is a product defect that would not be known until the dress was actually worn. When this amount of money is spent on a gown it should not fall apart. The manager told me to call the manufacturer [redacted] ###-###-####) which I did. The manufacturer will not accept responsibility for the defective gown either and told me to call Babette's. The gown is still at Babette's and no one has contacted me since I spoke with the manager on 10-12-15.Desired Settlement: I want the money spent on the gown refunded. The gown was defective and began falling apart within two hours of dressing for the dance. This is my daughter's senior year and her last Homecoming Dance was ruined.

Complaint ID #[redacted]To Whom It May Concern,I apologize for the delay response with it being the holidays. The customer complaint submitted from [redacted] has been handled through our store. The gown was looked over and beads repaired as per the customer and store routine dress check. The customer came into the store on September 17, 2015 and signed the release form that states; I acknowlege I was given a copy of the Store Policy and agree to the store terms. I have tried on and picked up my gown in good condition. Signed, [redacted]. Babette's cannot be held responsible for any items once they have left the store and worn. This policy that is stated at the register and at the bottom of the customers receipt which she personally signed upon pick up. After she wore the dress, the customer called to complain that the beads fell off her dress. When the customer brought the dress into the store, there was five patches measuring between 3-6"x9-12" of beads missing on the hemline of the worn gown. We explained our store policy but as we always appreciate our customers and in good faith, we told the customer we would repair the gown and offered a $50 gift card. The customer was infuriated and said she wanted a full refund. We again apologized and explained that we did everything on our end and we gave the contact information for the manufacturer. Babette's was contacted by the manufacturer stating they had an irate customer call and they said they would not deal with her. Both Babette's and [redacted] explained to the customer that it would take a few weeks to get the beads in from the company being as though they are out of the country, reason being why the repairs took as long as they did. The gown has been completed from repairs and she has been called and messages left on the contact number that she had provided. The customer came in on Sunday, January 10th to pick up her gown which she signed off in good condition. She was handed a gift certificate that she threw back at a sixteen year old employee telling her, "I won't be needing that because i'll never be back to this store". We deeply apologize to the customer that our services of repairs and a gift card was not acceptable in trying to make good faith.Sincerely,Alexandria M[redacted]
