WORST experience EVER!!!! Purchased Super Bowl tickets mid- November for $2,each with a "first come, first serve 100% guarantee" basis, only to be told day of game that we are not getting our tickets!!! What a rip-of! Will NEVER use them again and will warn everyone against them!!!! Con artists to the MAX!!!!! If you keep endorsing them then that tells me how reliable your reviews are.....that would be ZERO!!!! I will NEVER rely on your ratings again!!!!!

sbtickets.com claimed on their website and through several emails to me and their many other customers that they would deliver on super bowl tickets purchased on their site for Super Bowl Instead of being honest with their clientele about the status of their tickets, they chose to keep sending reassuring messages to their customers up until Saturday, when we were told they could not fulfill our ordersI then received an email message with a receipt that said they were refunding my money but I have not see anything to dateThey do not return phone calls or emailsI suspect this business chose to sell our tickets to a higher bidder and kept us from seeking other ticket sources to prevent the market from risingI am now out $and this business is nowhere to be found

We purchased tickets for Super Bowl through SBTickets.com on January **, The tickets were purchased early and for a price of $3,per ticket Since our purchase, the price of tickets greatly escalated SBTickets.com indicated that we would be able to pick up our tickets at the *** *** in Downtown Phoenix on January *** and January *** The day before we were supposed to pick up our tickets, SB Tickets notified us via email that the date and location was changed “in order to appease the NFL who required the use of our previously disclosed pilocation”, yet no additional information was provided to us as to the new location On Saturday, January ***- the day before Super Bowl Sunday, we received another email from the company stating they had “not received our full allotment of tickets from our suppliers” and that for customers whose orders would be fulfilled we would “receive a direct call from our staff before pm” We received no phone call
I am disgusted with the way SBTickets.com handled this situation I will never again use this company to purchase tickets and I will warn everyone I know not to use them either SB Tickets has no integrity We tried to contact them via email and telephone several times and received very limited response from SBTickets.com concerning this matter This company is very unprofessional and it’s quite obvious that they were giving all of their customers the run-around SBTickets.com did not have the decency to contact its customers well in advance to notify them that the tickets they purchased were no longer available, and adequately reimburse those individuals in a timely fashion so that those customers could repurchase tickets at another location

Please advise if you have received a refund back for your Super Bowl Tickets Please keep in mind that the Revdex.com does not handle disputes involving consequential or punitive damages.Therefore, we are only inquiring on the refund of your Super Bowl Tickets

Is anyone else getting jerked around with their Super Bowl tickets? All of a sudden, day before ticket pick up they send an email stating the pick up location has been changed and the time for pick up has been delayed. No new pick up location given. They said they would send an email this afternoon, no email has been sent. Representitives from the company say they haven't heard from the owner and hours and their phone calls are being forwarded to his voicemail.

Purchased Superbowl tickets through SB Tickets in January 2015. Traveled with wife to Arizona, only to find out from hotel where they were supposed to be located to distribute tickets, that they had left. They didn't have tickets to complete my order, so my wife & I weren't able to go to the game. We did recover the ticket costs after 10 days, but lost the travel & incidental costs as well as vacation time.

The ticket cost was refunded, but the complaint was about how the company handled the whole sale process and notification process, as well as getting the other expenses refunded. While I see that your response shows that you don't handle that portion of it, I still don't agree that the company has made this right and I do not want my review on this website to indicate that I am satisfied with this company or how they handled the whole process. Unfortunately, there were no complaints on this company when I was looking to purchase the tickets or I wouldn't have used their service. I don't want other potential customers to find that when they look up this company through the Revdex.com, that there are no negative reviews and that they aren't warned about potential issues of purchasing tickets through this site.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
My wife and I chose Sbtickets.com to fulfill our lifelong goal of seeing our Patriots play in the Super Bowl. $ 3,965 for tickets and $700 for airfare later, we were in [redacted], ** ready for the game! Two days out from the event, sbtickets sent out an email saying they had to change distribution sites but swore up and down that all orders would be filled. The day prior, we were apprehensive but all communications from the company still stated that they would honor their "100% guarantee". The day of the game, literally 2 hours before kick off, we were standing in the shadow of the stadium and received an email saying that they could not fill our order.
We have seen no refund and not had a single email or phone call returned. This company is a scam!!!
