 Yes, I did receive a refund. However, now that I know how SBTICKETS.COM conducts their business, I WILL NEVER PURCHASE OR ATTEMPT TO PURCHASE SUPER BOWL TICKETS FROM THEM.  On their web site, SBTICKETS.COM states that "your order is fully protected with our 100% Buyer Guarantee". Not true. Never received tickets. Yes, I did get a refund, not good enough, that was not the purpose of doing business with these guys. The [redacted] name is [redacted] (so thats what they told us).  [redacted], thanks for nothing.

Review: BUYER BEWARE! I assisted a group of people who purchased 10 tickets from [redacted] at sbtickets.com; we got confirmations for all 10 tickets. Everyone in the group made flight and hotel arrangements to fly to Arizona. On Friday at 4pm, after everyone was in Arizona, I got the first notice from [redacted] that our tickets were not going to be fulfilled. On Saturday at noon, the group arrived at the ticket pick up location and no ticket representative was available to explain what was happening. There were no solutions offered by [redacted]. At that time, with the current ticket prices, it was not possible for people to purchase replacement tickets. [redacted] stopped responding to messages after Saturday at 5:33 p.m. and his phone went directly to voicemail. At my request, the original game ticket money was returned by end of day Monday. However, [redacted] never communicated disappointment about this group missing the Super Bowl, nor did he offer any information on reimbursing the group’s travel expenses. These 10 people are heartbroken and angry at missing this once in a lifetime opportunity with nothing to cover their out-of-pocket costs for sitting in Arizona, not at the game. At the time of this posting there is no further resolution.Desired Settlement: 2x the purchase price of tickets valued at $18,750 + $1,000 per individual to cover travel and expenses.

Review: We bought tickets to Super Bowl 49 in November 2014. The tickets were paid for in full and we were guaranteed multiple times that we had tickets to the game. We paid for air travel across the US, and a rental car for the week of the game. The company never delivered our tickets. Not just to us but to multiple people (this became evident over the companies social media). They didn't return emails or phone calls. No tickets were ever delivered.Desired Settlement: The desired outcome is a refund of the ticket price, air fare,and the rental car.

Review: I spent nearly $13K on four Super Bowl tickets from SBTickets.com and at the last minute the company informed me that they could not fulfull their commitment. The situation was handled with little to no professionalism as SBTickets.com continued to mislead and lie up until nearly kickoff of the game. There customer service was nonexistent, it was impossible to get a hold of any one to explain the situation or provide any details other than a few vague emails.

I incurred $1,000 on travel expenses to get to the Super Bowl host city and exhausted considerable effort to obtain tickets at the last minute. Unfortunately, given the greediness of several Ticket Brokers market prices had skyrocketed from nearly $3,000 at the time of my initial purchase to over $10,000 per ticket by Super Bowl weekend.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive reimbursement of $1,000 in travel expenses incurred as well as $40,000 which is equivalent to the difference in the ticket value at the time of purchase ($3,000) from SBTickets.com and the market price I could have obtained on Super Bowl weekend ($13,000+) multiplied by four tickets.

Review: I bought super bowl tickets from this company and they have a 100% guarantee that I will have tickets unless the event is canceled. My dad and brother flew in from Washington and not only did we not get our tickets, but the company did not even tell us about it before canceling their room at the hotel where we were supposed to pick up the tickets. We eventually received emails stating that they do not have our tickets, but would be offering a refund instead. They refused to answer any phone calls or emails from then on out. One email said I would have a refund on the [redacted] of February, the next said it would be 3-4 business days. I still have not received a refund or phone call to discuss what has been happening.Desired Settlement: I would like my full refund doubled because, like I said, there was a 100% guarantee for these tickets and this was a once in a lifetime opportunity. Plus, it would pay for the flight and other expenses that were acquired during this trip.

Review: We purchased Superbowl tickets through SBtickets. Com, because they were accredited by the Revdex.com. When we arrived in Phoenix to pick up our tickets at there pick up location. SBtickets were not there. Later they sent an email that said they were looking for a new location but they would not have enough ticket to fulfill all the orders they had. [redacted] said he would let us know by 2pm game day. At noon he said he could not find any more tickets and her would refund us sometime next week. This is more than disappointing. We flew down to AZ, rented a house, a car, paid for parking and a babysitter. We were counting on him to follow through on his commitment to us via our purchase agreement. This man will not return any phone calls or questions via email. Please don't let other s get scammed out of an opportunity of a lifetime by this company.Desired Settlement: Change in policy. They should not be able to sell goods they do not have to sell. That seems like false advertising. We want to be compensation.

Review: We purchased tickets to the Super Bowl through this business because of their claim " Always our orders are 100% guaranteed, No tricks or gimmicks, for the unforeseen circumstances, you will get your tickets one way or another, Guaranteed!"We spoke by phone with [redacted], the [redacted] of SB Tickets. We were told to pick up tickets Friday, January [redacted] at the [redacted] in Phoenix, AZ. We incurred significant travel expenses to meet [redacted]'s pre arranged pick up time. While already en route to Phoenix, we received an email for [redacted] telling us that he had to change the meeting time and place. He stated in the email "Please rest assured that by having chose SBTickets as your SuperBowl ticket provider, your ticket(s) are guaranteed and waiting to get you into the Big Game." We have just received an email - 3 hours before kick off - that he has no tickets to give us in exchange for the $13,600 we gave him. He also leaves us with no options at this point to procure tickets form another source. The game is sold out at this point. These tickets at game time had a market value of $12500 each. The owner chose to try and short sale tickets and lost his bet. Now he needs to cover the balance.Desired Settlement: I would like [redacted] and SB Tickets to refund the complete cost of the tickets we did not receive (game day value of $50,000) as well as the travel costs incurred through the result of our honest effort to get to Arizona and pick up tickets. Had they not repeatedly GUARANTEED the tickets were in hand and waiting for us to pick up we would not have chosen them as our ticket provider.

Review: I recently purchased four tickets from [redacted] at [redacted] I purchased a round trip flight from Washington to Arizona and planned my stay all so I could watch my favorite team play in the super bowl. I was told I would get my tickets at the latest three days before the game. When that day came around I was then sent an email that I wouldn't get the tickets until the day before the game. That day came and I received another email I wouldn't get my tickets at all! So I am stuck in Arizona with no tickets and no one from sbtickets that I could even talk to about the situation as they stopped responding to any phone calls! The day after the game I received an email the refund had been sent to my account and it would post within 2-3 days. Well 3 days passed and absolutely nothing was posted to my account. I still had no way of getting ahold of a single representative from sb tickets. I called there office number as well as the [redacted] personal number and of course no one answered. So here I am, out $11,480 to this so called A+ Revdex.com rated company sbtickets and I have never in my life imagined I would be involved in such a scam, to this fraud [redacted]. I have bought many tickets through [redacted] and [redacted] over the years and never once did I experience this horrible event. I put a lot of trust in sbtickets when I bought my tickets from there because there website had a Revdex.com logo right on there website. Now I ask that the Revdex.com help me to get a refund for the tickets I didn't receive and also drop the rating of sbtickets to an F so they don't scam anyone else. Review: SB Tickets advertised and guaranteed us tickets to the SuperBowl. We purchased the tickets in November, 2014. I flew myself, my children, and childcare help to Arizona on Friday January [redacted].

SBTickets arranged for me to pick up my tickets in person prior to the event. I arrived at the designated pick up location, The Renaissance Hotel Phoenix, on Saturday 1/**/15 at the designated time. The hotel management informed me that SBTickets had been kicked out of this location two days earlier. SBTickets failed to communicate this to me. I began contacting [redacted], [redacted] SBTickets, but he did not answer my calls or respond to my messages. I did not receive the tickets promised to me and this has been a tremendous grievance for myself and my family. We flew to Arizona and have incurred much travel and expense costs, including food, hotel, rental cars, and entertainment, along with extreme disappointment and emotional distress. [redacted] and his company have failed to keep its promise and provide a guaranteed product/service. He has been very unprofessional and does not respond to his customers or inform them of any changes. I bought these tickets in November and have already accrued interest charges for the purchase. Review: It was guaranteed by the Company SBtickets.com to deliver my Superbowl tickets to the [redacted] in Phx, AZ by Wednesday 01/**/15 between 12 noon to 8pm. I drove to the facility I was directed to in an e-mail after I purchased my tickets on their site, the hotel said they had recognition of their being. I then called [redacted] and his organization for details of where to pick up my tickets. They said they would come up with a location and time and let us know via email. It is now Saturday and they have not answered phone calls, emails, text or by communication since Friday. In their advertising via their website, we are guaranteed 100% we will get our tickets. I purchased my tickets thinking I was trusting SBTICKETS to deliver, honor, promised me the Ultimate NFL experience. No where in fine print does it say otherwise. I've been stressed, crying, worried that I will not receive a refund. Please be aware that hundreds of customers of sbtickets.com have also been ignored and robbed. This is unacceptable and should not be EVER tolerated in the NFL industry or any industry.Desired Settlement: I purchased these tickets with my debit card. Review: SBTickets.com offers to sell Super Bowl Tickets and admissions to parties associated with the super bowl. 3 tickets were paid for that were to include lower level seating as well as a special pregame party.

A charge for [redacted] delivery was also paid to make sure tickets arrived in plenty of time.

Time off from work was requested, travel for out of town attendees was arranged and paid for, other party plans were not made as we would be at the game. Clothing and sports items were purchased to help enjoy the game.

Once the teams were finalized - SBTickets said there was a delay in getting the tickets. They later said that [redacted] would not be used and that tickets would be picked up Friday or Saturday from a downtown hotel.

Upon arriving at the hotel - nobody knew anything about SBTickets, they were not registered and there was no information available. Numerous calls and emails were made but nothing was ever answered. Saturday Morning SBTickets started to say that they did not get enough tickets to meet the sales they made, numerous other news stories came out about the Super Bowl being over sold and many were not getting tickets but were getting compensated for their expenses incurred.Desired Settlement: At this point I would want a full refund for all expenses incurred in ordering the tickets, travel to attend the game, items purchased to use while attending the game, and an additional $10,000 to make up for all the trouble and lack of response. Tickets for the game were being sold for as much as $40,000 each (more than 10 times what I had paid) and I suspect that instead of fulfilling orders that sbtickets took advantage of the higher sales prices and sold tickets for a much higher profit.

I also want the Revdex.com rating to be dropped from the A rating to an F.

We purchased tickets for Super Bowl 2015 through SBTickets.com on January **, 2015. The tickets were purchased early and for a price of $3,185 per ticket. Since our purchase, the price of tickets greatly escalated. SBTickets.com indicated that we would be able to pick up our tickets at the [redacted] in Downtown Phoenix on January [redacted] and January [redacted] The day before we were supposed to pick up our tickets, SB Tickets notified us via email that the date and location was changed “in order to appease the NFL who required the use of our previously disclosed pick-up location”, yet no additional information was provided to us as to the new location. On Saturday, January [redacted]- the day before Super Bowl Sunday, we received another email from the company stating they had “not received our full allotment of tickets from our suppliers” and that for customers whose orders would be fulfilled we would “receive a direct call from our staff before 3 pm”. We received no phone call.

I am disgusted with the way SBTickets.com handled this situation. I will never again use this company to purchase tickets and I will warn everyone I know not to use them either. SB Tickets has no integrity. We tried to contact them via email and telephone several times and received very limited response from SBTickets.com concerning this matter. This company is very unprofessional and it’s quite obvious that they were giving all of their customers the run-around. SBTickets.com did not have the decency to contact its customers well in advance to notify them that the tickets they purchased were no longer available, and adequately reimburse those individuals in a timely fashion so that those customers could repurchase tickets at another location.

WORST experience EVER!!!! Purchased Super Bowl tickets mid- November 2014 for $2,750 each with a "first come, first serve 100% guarantee" basis, only to be told day of game that we are not getting our tickets!!! What a rip-of! Will NEVER use them again and will warn everyone against them!!!! Con artists to the MAX!!!!! If you keep endorsing them then that tells me how reliable your reviews are.....that would be ZERO!!!! I will NEVER rely on your ratings again!!!!!

Is anyone else getting jerked around with their Super Bowl tickets? All of a sudden, day before ticket pick up they send an email stating the pick up location has been changed and the time for pick up has been delayed. No new pick up location given. They said they would send an email this afternoon, no email has been sent. Representitives from the company say they haven't heard from the owner and hours and their phone calls are being forwarded to his voicemail.

Review: This company is a ticket procurment sight - we purchased super bowl tickets in November 2014 for the Feb. *, 2015 Super Bowl. The site states the tickets are 100% guaranteed. Today, January **, 2015, we were contacted via email regarding the tickets. They are not available. I tried calling the company and I have emailed the company and they will not return my requests. They state they will provide a full refund, we shall see if that happens. The refund is expected but their advertising is deceptive, as they could not deliver on their promise to provide tickets.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund and I want additional money to cover the cost of "having my money" for three months without producing a product. Review: sbtickets scammed many people out of super bowl tickets this year. They are selling tickets that they do not have already which is wrong!!! There communication throughout the whole process was a disgrace. No emails, phone calls, or texts back in a timely manner. These guys need legal action against them immediately. [redacted] is a horrible business man and needs to be held accountable. Please do something Revdex.comDesired Settlement: I want my whole trip refunded. Lodging, airfare, rental car and ticket. Review: On 01/**/2015 I purchased tickets to Super Bowl XLIX from sbtickets.com. After the purchase went through and the charges appeared on my credit card we went ahead and purchased travel. We had reserved accommodations months before in planning to attend if the Seahawks qualified. Between the date of purchase and our departure date I confirmed with sbtickets.com that we had our tickets. We traveled to Phoenix via Las Vegas. We received an email from sbtickets.com stating that they had to change the location of the ticket pick up but that our "ticket(s) are guaranteed and waiting to get you into the Big Game". On Saturday, the day before the "Big Game" we received an email stating that they were unable to fill our ticket order and that they would notify us by 3pm that day if we in fact did have tickets. In that same email they stated that they were expecting another delivery on the day of the game but that it would "not be sufficient to fulfill all pending orders" and that they would notify us by 2pm on game day if we had tickets and the ticket pickup would be at the stadium. At approximately noon on game day we received an email stating that there were "no more tickets" and that they would be issuing a refund via my credit card company. On Monday 02/**/2015 I received an invoice from sbticket.com stating that they had issued a refund. As of the time of this writing, I have not received said refund. Because we were not notified until noon on the day of the game we had to scramble to make arrangements to watch the game as our hotel was an hour from the stadium. We ended up paying an additional $1500 to watch the game a restaurant/bar in that area.

My fiancee and I had traveled to from Seattle, and my parents from Idaho, under the belief that we had tickets. Had we not been able to obtain or confirm that we had tickets, we would not have made the trip. I have saved all the email correspondence between myself and sbtickts.com if you are interested in viewing them. I, unfortunately, am unable to attach them a this time.
