Review: We travelled from Melbourne in Australia to Phoenix in Arizona with the intent of going to the Superbowl. We bought tickets off sbtickets.com and the company's [redacted] November ** last year. We had to arrange flights, accomodation and car hire only to get a generic email 4 hours before the game was to begin telling us that our order which we had paid for 2 months prior wouldn't be filled. The lack of contact since then, no returning phone calls, no return to text or email. I have even tried social media! At the time of purchase it stated 100% ticket guarentee only to now be taken down. I have screenshots of this. I have received my money back for the tickets but I ultimately want to be remunerated for my cost of travel and having to take annual leave. The only reason I went on this trip was to go to the game.Desired Settlement: I want this company highlighted for its shoddy practice so no be has to go through the heartache of what I and many others had to go throughRefund

Review: I asked several times before I made the purchase that we would have 3 seats for the Super Bowl. I was told more than once that we did indeed have seats. I bought 3 seats for $3350.00 a piece for a total charge on my credit card for $10,050.00 .

Thursday night 1/**/2015 I called asked again were we assured seats and where and when would tickets be available. I was told the following day we would receive pick up information as pick up sight has charged. We received an email saying the company was having trouble with tickets and we would be contacted by 3:00 pm if they had tickets but assured us again they were trying to fill all orders. No call but a later email saying they didn't have all tickets but orders would be filled or there would be a full refund.

They then put another note on the website stating they may call people until 2:00 pm on Sunday if they had tickets.

Sunday 2/*/2015 they basically said sorry no tickets we will refund your ticket at some time this week.

I used years of flyer miles for 2 plane tickets, hired someone to be home with me while my husband &son flew to the game. They stayed with a friend so at least I am not out hotel expenses as well. I had to pay someone to plow and shovel our small kennel business while he was gone on 1/**/2015 & it loks like another storm is coming on 2/*/2015 and since he can't get back until Tuesday I will have to pay people to do that as well. My husband does all that . I have [redacted] and [redacted] the stress of this has me going into a flare which I will be battling for months.

This trip was to thank my husband for taking care of me & the business while I have struggled with health issues.

Please help us get our refund and hopefully damages for all we have gone through.Desired Settlement: Refund for not giving us the tickets $10,050.00 dollars and $500.00 per plane ticket .

$1000.00 for my plow guy, snow removal, and kennel help.

My wife and I chose Sbtickets.com to fulfill our lifelong goal of seeing our Patriots play in the Super Bowl. $ 3,965 for tickets and $700 for airfare later, we were in [redacted], ** ready for the game! Two days out from the event, sbtickets sent out an email saying they had to change distribution sites but swore up and down that all orders would be filled. The day prior, we were apprehensive but all communications from the company still stated that they would honor their "100% guarantee". The day of the game, literally 2 hours before kick off, we were standing in the shadow of the stadium and received an email saying that they could not fill our order.

We have seen no refund and not had a single email or phone call returned. This company is a scam!!!

Review: I purchased 2 tickets to the 2015 super bowl in Arizona from SB Tickets at the end of December 2014. When I called their office to let them know I would be arriving in Arizona 4 days prior to the game and would prefer to pick up my tickets in person they assured me that they would hold my ticket at the location that would be determined closer to the event date. They also said that an email would be sent out notifying all customers where that location would be but it was 3 days from the game day and they still had no location. I emailed and called countless times before receiving any sort of response from them until this morning (the day before the game) when I received an email from SB Tickets notifying me that they were unsure if they were going to be able to fulfill any of our GUARANTEED ticket purchases. They also said in that same email that we would be notified as to whether we would be getting our tickets or not before 3pm, which never happened. I have called multiple phone numbers provided in the emails sent from them and from their website and have sent numerous emails asking for information but no responses. These are not cheap tickets I am talking about either, not to mention time and travel expenses I have spent to get here with the assumption I would have the tickets I purchased.Desired Settlement: SB Tickets needs to give me the tickets I purchased and was guaranteed to have.

Review: In november 2014 we purchased 2 superbowl tickets for superbowl 49. Upon arriving in Phoenix, we were told several different stories about where the tickets were going to be for pick-up, then that the tickets would not be available due to the NFL not providing all the tickets they were supposed to. Hundreds of other people were victims of this fraud as well (See their [redacted] page at SBTickets.com) Individuals who purchased tickets just two weeks ago at much higher prices did receive their tickets - while those of us who purchased tickets late last year at much lower prices were not provided the tickets that the company had stated were confirmed and guaranteed. We tried to contact them by email and phone and social media - no response.Desired Settlement: we have filed a formal complain with the New York State Attorney General's office requesting criminal charges be filed against [redacted]. We want all expenses incurred for this event (flights, lodging, food, etc.) reimbursed and triple damages for the heart break they caused ruining what was to be our first and only super bowl visit - as a bucket list item.

We never got our tickets for Super Bowl 49. We were told that it was a possibility that we would not get them two day before the Super Bowl and told we were not going to get them 3 hours before the events. This business has voided a 100% guarantee contract on my purchase and has yet to refund me the money I paid for these tickets back in November. Do not, I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THIS WEBSITE. sbtickets.com claimed on their website and through several emails to me and their many other customers that they would deliver on super bowl tickets purchased on their site for Super Bowl 49. Instead of being honest with their clientele about the status of their tickets, they chose to keep sending reassuring messages to their customers up until Saturday, when we were told they could not fulfill our orders. I then received an email message with a receipt that said they were refunding my money but I have not see anything to date. They do not return phone calls or emails. I suspect this business chose to sell our tickets to a higher bidder and kept us from seeking other ticket sources to prevent the market from rising. I am now out $13600 and this business is nowhere to be found.

Upon arrival in AZ, the merchant changed pickup locations and ultimately failed to deliver the tickets.

They have promised a refund, but that has not been received and does not adequately cover damages.

I received at least 2 emails guaranteeing that I had tickets. No mention was made that there was any chance of not receiving my tickets.

Review: In may 2014 I ordered one Super Bowl ticket for The Super Bowl 2015 match on 01/**/2015.

Because the company could guarantee me for 100% my ticket was guaranteed, I ordered it at this company and booked my plane tickets, hotel, rental car etc.

I agreed with [redacted] to pick up my ticket in Phoenix.

The day before the match I arrived at Phoenix, and went to the location witch we agreed to pick up my ticket but nobody was there. Several hours later I found out through the company's [redacted] page that they didn't had any tickets, and were trying to fulfill all the requests!

On super bowl sunday they posted a new message on their [redacted] page witch said they were unable to fulfill all orders, and they will refund the ticket price.

Yesterday I received my money back for my ticket, but I also had to pay for my plane ticket from Amsterdam to Phoenix, hotel, rental car, parking spot at the stadium etc. etc. witch they don't refund! Even when my ticket was 100% guaranteed!

The other point I want to make is that I never received any email or phone call from the company. When I tried to call them, they never pick up. And they don't even reply on emails any more. They only communicate with their customers through their [redacted] page, witch is far from customer-friendly!Desired Settlement: Refund all my damages. Like plane ticket, hotel costs, rental car, parking spot etc. Total damage: $2.000,-

Review: I purchased a super bowl 49 ticket from them on 1/**/15 and never received it. There add states that they guarantee the service 100% , not true.

Because I had the for thought to buy my ticket before they started to spiral up to new highs and they had gambled that the tickets would drop

I was left out in the cold when it came to them meeting there promise, I had airfare, hotel, and car all booked and locked in only to get strung along

on a false promise to deliver and sitting in Phoenix with NO TICKET. So because of there gamble I incurred large costs and they say sorry, REALLY....

I know that I was not the only one they cheated, they took this experience for me and others and ruined it.Desired Settlement: I want them to refund me the cost of what I had to pay to get into the game, not just the money they took from me.

I had a lot invested in getting to and staying in Arizona. They owe me for the issue they created.

Review: I purchased 3 Super Bowl 49 tickets through their website, at $2,000.00 each. Their website indicated that they offer a 100% guarantee that you will get your tickets. I paid a lot of additional money for all of my travel, hotel, rental car, etc. to come to Arizona, only to find out the day before the game, that they do not have the tickets. They indicated that they will refund my ticket purchase price, but that doesn't cover the other expenses, time taken off work, etc., neither does it cover the emotional distress for my self and my 88 year old mother who for her, this will be the last opportunity she has to see her favorite team play in a super bowl in person. That cannot be replaced and for someone who has been a fan of her team since their inception. Needless to say, she was crushed that she doesn't get to go to the game, as was I and my nephew who also is here with us. It's bad enough that they gouge you for the ticket prices, but for them to be able to take your money (they did charge my card) to purchase something they don't even have, should be illegal.Desired Settlement: I would like financial restitution, not only for my tickets, but for all other expenses and the emotional distress this has caused my family. I don't want the offered 15% off on a future event, as I will never use their services again anyway, and it's an insult that they would even offer that.

Review: I had purchased two Super Bowl 49 tickets form sbtickets.com for my son and I in Phoenix, AZ this year on 1/**/15. We were told by sbtickets.com that we could pick the tickets up at the [redacted] in Phoenix on Friday, 1/**/15 between the hours of noon and 8:00 p.m. We arrived at the [redacted] at 3:00 p.m. on 1/**/15 and were told by Hotel staff that sbtickets was not welcome at the Hotel and that we needed to contact sbtickets. We did make contact with sbtickets and were told that they would notify us that Saturday evening of where we could pick the tickets up. We never heard back from sbtickets until 3:00 p.m. on 2/*/15, the day of the Super bowl. Not only did we not hear back from sbtickets, but they did not return any e-mails or phone calls between Friday afternoon and Monday. This was extremely dissapointing as the Super Bowl is a once in a liefetime event to go to, not to mention going to the event with your son. We flew to Phoenix and rented a car with the intent of having tickets for the Super Bowl. The communication and service from sbtickets is unforgiveable. I will never be able to replace missing the Super Bowl with my son. I would not recommend sbtickets to anybody and will never use them again. In fact, because they were not communicating, I was very concerned that this was a "scam". I called my [redacted] Company to make sure that we were covered in the event that it was a scam. Since they did not communicate and we were anticipating tickets, I looked no further for other tickets as I did not want to be exposed with having more tickets than I needed. I suppose I was holding out false hope that sbtickets would pull through. sbtickets did reimburse our credit card for the tickets on 2/*/15, however, we are very unhappy that we flew all the way to Phoenix and did not get to attend the Super Bowl.Desired Settlement: Refund for the Reimbursement of our Flights and Rental Car.

Purchased Superbowl tickets through SB Tickets in January 2015. Traveled with wife to Arizona, only to find out from hotel where they were supposed to be located to distribute tickets, that they had left. They didn't have tickets to complete my order, so my wife & I weren't able to go to the game. We did recover the ticket costs after 10 days, but lost the travel & incidental costs as well as vacation time.
