The item ordered ships directly from the manufacturer, it had been on back order and we had been waiting for it to ship.As of 1/15/2016 the item was still on back order and therefore the order cancelled. [redacted] has never been billed for the order and now that the cancellation has been processed on it, it never will be.Again; my sincerest apologies for the matter in which [redacted]'s order was handled. brought to our attention for the first time on Monday February 22 ,2016 by [redacted]. We have been working with the manufacturerto resolve the issue. Taylor Gifts does have a 45 day return policy that is clearly stated in our catalog, pick ticket, website, etc.; nearly six months after the fact takes a bit of time to resolve, especially when the item is shipped directlyfrom the manufacturer and not our own facility. The manufacturer has agreed to replace the frame only. The replacement should be received within 7-10 business days. [redacted] has had with her order. However, I completely disagree with the statement that in March there was an attempt to return the refund. I would not have called every few days if there was. Anyway, thanks to the Revdex.com I have the refund and I no longer have to deal with Taylor gifts Inc ever again. I am grateful for that.
