This is [redacted] , the General Manager of Schomp MINII talked to [redacted] 's partner, [redacted] yesterday [redacted] was upset about the repair to his MINIHe explained thesituation which I understood to be accurateHe had taken his MINI to [redacted] to buy tires [redacted] told him that they could not remove one of the wheels due to a lug nut that would not come offWe inspected the lug and saw that it was a locking wheel nutIt appeared to be damaged and we could not remove it without some major effortand possible additional expense [redacted] and [redacted] bought the car from us over years ago ( we inspected the car for selling on Nov27, ) and we have no record of seeing the car since they purchased itI told [redacted] that I didn't know when the lug was damaged but that I would take care of it anyways at no charge [redacted] was still upset and was not happy about the trouble dealing with the repairI then told [redacted] that I would give him a $gift card because I didn't want him to be unhappy [redacted] then said that he didn't want to talk about it anymore and hung up.We gave them the gift card last night when they picked up their carI am sorry that they feel upset about this repairI diligently tried to explain that I understood their frustration and that Iwould pay for the repair even though I felt that we didn't do anything wrongI am more than happy to continue our relationship with [redacted] and [redacted] and they can contact me anytime (24/) on my personal cell phone (###-###-####) to further discuss the situationfurther discuss on my personal cell phone 24/

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) -The do not need to know my EXACT address , I showed them the colorado.gov website, where the taxes are calculated at the city levelPLUS one of their documents said I HAVE to give our my address for their marketing department and it also says ( on the back ) that I CANNOT UNSUBSCRIBE -Also I am not talking about my identity , I am talking about the fact that they wanted my SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER on an [redacted] credit application -the key , the sales person said I will get 3, the next guy said it will cost me $40, and the tech guy said it was $for the key plus his laborIf you really wanna make me a key just mail me one

We have read the included letter by, Mr [redacted] to the Revdex.com and reviewed our actions and involvement with this concernThe concern received by the Revdex.com was regarding the request to replace the IMA battery on Mr [redacted] 's [redacted] Hybrid; VIN [redacted] and that Schomp [redacted] did not share that there was existing coverage on the [redacted] Hybrid as extended by American ***Our records indicate that on January 26th, the vehicle read 166,miles on its odometer as this was the first time the [redacted] had come to our facility for any type of work/evaluationA secondary visit to our dealership, February 4th, showed that its mileage was represented as 167,Consistent with that of a increase in mileage between visits.American [redacted] released on July 10th, that of bulletin, 12-which extended the IMA battery's coverage to that of years or 162,miles, whichever comes first The purchase of Mr [redacted] 's vehicle was on April 30th, So for for all extensive purposes the [redacted] was within its allotted time frame but had exceeded its mileage limitations by some 4,milesFebruary 4th, 2016, on the second visit our service department contacted American [redacted] on Mr [redacted] 's behalf American [redacted] offered a 20/split with American [redacted] covering 20% of the repairsThis offer was declined.Our records also indicate that on both visits there were no charges by our service department.We at Schomp [redacted] understand that these are not the desired results for Mr [redacted] Based on the information that is/was available to Schomp ***, us contacting American [redacted] and their willingness to help aid with the repair, we at Schomp [redacted] feel we acted in the best interest of Mr [redacted] and were forthcoming with all information provided.Sincerely,Michael TD [redacted] - Head of Customer Relations

Mrs *** did not want to pick the car back up as they felt unsafeAfter assuring them the car was fixed accurately they demanded BMWNA or Schomp BMW buy there car backMrs *** called BMWNA and Shomp BMW numerous times threatening to seek legal actionMr and Mrs *** came in to Schomp and met with me seeking my assistance with BMWNAAs I called on there behalf and explained there current state BMWNA was kind enough to give The ***s $in Goodwill moniesAfter receiving the goodwill check from BMWNA The ***s wanted me to buy there GTI appraised there car and gave them above market value for them insight of making them as happy and fulfilled as I couldIn closing The ***s came in and agreed upon the appraised number I gave them and sold Schomp BMW there car at there willBMWs factory warranty took care of all expenses and issues as all warranties due

At this time we still have not received a copy of the bill of saleThis has been requested well over 7-times nowOnce by one of your managers to that department with you copied on itThat manager told me he would also follwith that department that Monday
This incident has cost us an extra trip to Nebraska with no time-line to do itCommunication could have avoided the entire situation several timesYou and your team work many hours and I am not envious of thatHowever, I have tried to contact different people within your company and have only been given the run aroundThis does not boost the point of contact working with any form of success in our situation

Mr *** came in to purchase a X40e that we had a special onUnfortunately the stock number in the advertising was already purchased earlierAfter notifying and explaining that to Mr *** we came up with a similar X40e and made it right for Mr ***Within the transaction we went
above and beyond by delivering the Xto him in the mountainsMr *** talked to our sales managers trying to understand why the car had approx miles on the car, we explained in detail why and how it incorporated with the deal/ aggressive pricing he got on the XMr *** then reached out to our General Manager *** *** as they spoke for minutesMr *** expressed his concerns to Mr ***Mr *** took immediate action with Mr ***s demands a pro rated payment check was cut back to Mr *** as he felt he was owed some money for a few lost daysMr *** was in a Schomp BMW service loaner at this time as well In closing Schomp BMW has listened, taken immediate action and gone above and beyond for Mr *** within all aspects of the transaction

hoped, they resolved the issue in business days. I'm unhappy it came to filing a report to get it resolved, but very happy with Gene's help getting it resolvedI also received a fax copy of the letter from *** regarding the removal of the errant account from my credit history; I will check this on March 1st
