This customer is accurate in their statement regarding not providing a complete and timely order We are making significant investments in our processes to ensure mistakes like this do not happen going forward We would like to apologize for the inconvenience we have caused this customer and appreciate their feedback in this matter I full refund will be submitted and issued within the next week

The comments made by this valued customer are completely justified Given our challenges this season, we have absolutely fallen short in our timeliness of response as well as our promised delivery date We are working to correct our issues and focus on making right our shortfall Our records indicate that we are engaged with this customer and working to resolve their concerns At this point, we are in a place that will provide resolve We want to express our deepest apologies for this less than acceptable experience

SchoolKidz acknowledges that there were issues with this customer in that this order was not delivered timely The request to refund immediately has been granted, and SchoolKidz apologizes for this less than acceptable experience

This customer is justified and warranted in their claims We failed to provide an accurate order and in addition were slow to respond to make that order whole I want to apologize for this less than acceptable experience At this point, my records indicate that we have provided the outstanding items, as well as provided an additional discount for our poor performance Our efforts now are focused on working on our internal issues so this never happens again

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: while the school my children are at is Moreland the start date is the 5th of septWhich I have been assured by the PTA schoolkidz knows that and it was told to them again last WednesdayEvery time someone speaks to them it's a different answerSo if they are planning to have the stuff there on the 8th it will be lateOn the order form from which I placed my order the date to have to have the kits to the school is Aug This is a company under the [redacted] name and it frustrating that I am sending my kids knowingly to school on the first day without there school supplies I still have yet to see what these kits look like and this is the second year we have ordered through them as they were late last year tooI can't even ensure all the stuff is in the kits and this is worry some as I have seen posts on [redacted] about kits missing supplies when they do show upThe school did not pay for these I didI still would like to know how a company this size can have this big of an issue that effect schools all over the US They took are money when these were ordered and we have nothing on the date is was supposed to be hereIn the response they have not even built are kits yetThey have had theses orders since JuneThere is no excuse Sincerely, Amanda [redacted]

We apologize for our delay in processing this customer's refund We can confirm that this refund has been submitted today (9/19/17) and that it should reflect in this customer's account within business days We are truly sorry for our failure to deliver this kit timely, as well as follow up in a manner that provided fair direction

This customer is absolutely accurate and justified in their claims. We failed them on many levels, which would include not only an incomplete order that was delivered outside of an agreed upon date, but also a failure to reply timely once contacted with concerns. We experienced many
issues in our production facility this season, which is a first in more than years of being in business, that contributed to our poor performance, and are now investing significant dollars into our processes and tools to ensure something like this never happens again. We are extremely sorry as we know we have caused a major inconvenience and unnecessary stress for this valued customer. At this point, our records indicate that we have sent the balance of the product needed to complete this order. If not, please contact us and we will ensure we deliver the remaining product, and/or issue a refund for product that we are unable to provide. As for the outstanding funds owed, the account in reference has a Credit balance of $ 440.17. In addition, we have also promised an additional rebate of 15% on the net sale of the order, which equates to $883.38. We will be placing check number *** for $1,323.55 in the mail on 9/20/17. Again, we cannot apologize enough for the stress we have caused

Simply, this is our peak processing time given the nature of our business. Much of our correspondence is delayed to pull all of the facts together and ensure we are solving the problem correctly. We needed to time to verify that these kits were not already assembled and either
"in-transit" or staged for shipment. We appreciate the patience of *** *** and in the midst of our review, noted that a full reversal of her charges have already been executed. Her request has been finalized and this issue is solved

Our records indicate we have fulfilled our obligation to this customer. That said, we recognize there were circumstances specific to this customer that need to be discussed and resolved. We will communicate directly with this customer in working toward a final resolution

This customer is correct and absolutely justified in their frustration. We cannot begin to apologize enough for the inconvenience we have caused. Specific to this customer, we have refunded their full amount and are still going to send them a school supply kit upon its completion.
We are waiting on a few items to complete that order, and are hopeful we can get it out later this week. Again, we cannot apologize enough for falling short and not delivering this order timely
