I am rejecting this response because:we are still waiting on receiving one parent reimbursement for an item which was not delivered as well as the balance of our 25% refund amount.  Yes, School Kidz has offered these as amends for the problems, but until they actually follow through, I cannot accept their response.

This customer is correct in their account of the story.  We miserably failed them this past season due to production related issues, and cannot apologize enough for our failures.  We have been dong business for over 20 years and have never experienced such missteps.  Much will be done...

in the form of significant investments to our systems and processes so that something like this never happens again.  We are deeply sorry for the inconveniences we have caused, as we know we have caused unnecessary stress.  At this point, our records indicate that we are engaged with this customer and still in the midst of completing the balance of their order.  Many items have been sent, but we still have one more shipment going this week to complete the order.  Pat in our office is in communication with them, and has also extended some compensation for our inability to deliver as promised.

This customer is correct in that we were attempting to resolve this issue with their school.  This is how our program is set up and we our contractually obligated to begin our discussions and resolve issues in that manner.  That said, we are deeply sorry that this customer has still not...

yet received their product.  Our records indicate that a shipment was sent to their school and the product should be there for them.  Regardless, we are going to send an individual shipment directly to this customer, along with shipment notification once we have it.  We anticipate the shipping of this product within the next 3 business days, and apologize again for the inconvenience this customer has experienced.

It has taken nearly a month, and numerous shipments, hundreds of emails, and finally we have all of our supplies.The process was painful, and created an abundance of work for our PTO, our elementary office staff, and our teachers.The compensation given was not nearly enough for us to entertain using this company again.
