Revdex.com: I did ask him if he had a charger with the right connecting endHe said noFurthermore there was not a full description of the charger he sells so I ordered it hoping it was the right one, because another one that also was 48v was out of stockHe is lying about I never tried to exchange for another charger

When a customer requests for a return we do grand that as requested and if a customer requests for an exchange, we do the same but we do not believe you even made the attempt to exchange the charger As you stated, "I ordered it hoping it was the right one"It is not okay to turn around and place the blame on the seller simply because you happened to have ordered the wrong chargerThe picture however small it is shows the features of the charger and a customer who knows what they are looking for can easily see it is a round plug as opposed to a triangular plug.If you are still looking for the triangular plug, here is a link to a volt charger that we sell [redacted]

How is the basket different from the one on the Scooter and why are you not able to use it on the scooter? Either of the baskets can be mounted on the same place, behind the seat with no additional hardware required

Attached please find the invoice Unfortunately there is no price on the invoice I can find my credit card receipt, if you need that, too

The charger is for a specific scooter and it says exactly what scooter it is for on the page."Replacement Heavy duty 48+ volt output electric scooter battery charger with cooling fan for the X-Treme™ X-Electric Scooter." This is exactly the charger that was received by the customer and it is unfortunate that it did not work for him because he has a different scooterWhen you buy something that does not work for you and you can return it, you obviously don't blame it on the retailer nor do you try to blackmail them to pay for the transportation expenses that you incurredWe refunded to the customer the cost of the charger less the shipping and processing expenses that where incurred shipping the charger to him and not a penny more

The attached picture is what was send to us after the customer had received the scooter more than days prior to making the damage claim about the tire and the key switchThe crack shown on the picture does not affect the operation of the scooter since it is just a protective coverAt the same
time you cannot determine if a tire has a wobble if the scooter is not operational so the idea that the scooter has never been used does not fit with the claim that the tire had a wobble and had to be replacedOnly one fact had to be trueSince we had the replacement wheel available immediately we send it to the customer and we also requested the Factory in China to mail a replacementof the switch to the customer at the same timeWhile it is possible that the customer damaged the ignition key while using the scooter, we will still make sure the factory send the replacement to the customer

If there is a # stamped on the scooter it has nothing to do with year of manufacture rather a model design change yearIf the basket has a broken weld it would not have been possible to assemble it on the scooter according to the technician who put it togetherIf you feel it has one you are welcome to send the basket to us for repair or replacementNot that the basket is an accessory that is provided to you free of charge and is not part of the scooter price

The dealer needs to explain why this scooter has a 2011 date of manufacture stamp, and why he has refused to replace the lid on the basket which has a broken weldThe man hired by the dealer to assemble this scooter used a black plastic tie to hold the latch together

Claiming $for something that is not worth that price is fraudulent no matter who you ask.Here is the address to ship the basket for repair or replacement

We believe that Mr*** demand to have the scooter fully assembled has been metThe scooter is now fully assembled as requested, the technician we contracted has invoiced us for the work done as you can see from the attached invoiceTechnician looked through the entire scooter and did not find anything missing or broken that would prevent Mr*** from using the scooterThe technician did not send us any picture that shows a broken basket as you can see from the attached picturesWe believe in delivering our promised to customers but we also do not sanction the idea of customers making allegations about our business

We are in the process of getting help for the customer so the front wheel and the other accessories can be installed to his satisfaction

The controllers are electronic items and like a fuse or light bulb cannot be returned after they have been installed because you cannot determine if they blew out at the time of the installation We have posted this statement on the website so that customers have that understanding before
placing the order "Because damage may occur from an incorrect installation, we do not accept returns or exchanges on speed controllers."We have explained to the customer the reasons why we do not accept return of controllers after they have been installed and the customer confirmed that he installed the controller on his scooter

In our opinion this customer appears to have decided to abuse the privilege of using Revdex.com to make claims and to make accusations not to get what he wanted but to get even, victimize or even defraudDespite the fact that we shipped what the customer ordered, and even after sending a technician to his house to install and check the scooter he continues to make substantiated claims about a broken weld on a lid of a basket that we provided to him free of charge
Despite the fact that we sold to him this scooter at more than $below other dealers, and just because it needed attaching the front wheel and basket, this customer started demanding $refund so that he could hire a technician to make the simple installation of the front wheel and basketWe eventually hired and send a technician to his house to make the installation and after that the customer started to find other small unsubstantiated issues to complain about just to keep the complain goingWe requested him to send us a picture of the broken weld or send back the basket for repair but he refusedWe do not believe there is a broken weld but just a claim to justify the fact that he has disputed the credit card charge for the scooter against a basket provided free of charge
The technician that went to his house send to us pictures of the assembled scooter including the basket and there is no mention of a broken weld on the BasketThe customer himself confirmed that the scooter was assembled to his satisfaction after the technician left his houseThe customer also claimed to be handicapped and the technician who went to his house could not confirm thatIt is that kind of dishonesty that we feel should be addressed by Revdex.com in order to deter this kind of abuse of the dispute process
