Quill apologizes for this inconvenience when placing these ordersOur goal is to provide outstanding service and protect our customers from potential fraud Due to the names on the account, the 1st order was canceled due to potential fraud Once this issue was resolved, the 2nd order was placed Unfortunately, the tracking information provided was inadequate for us to trace this shipment or determine the carrier We do have a package tracking team who was able to trace this order and it was delivered on 12/15/ Quill did contact the customer on 12/to insure they received their delivery and apologize for the multiple frustrating attempts to get the information on his order

I made an account for my husband and my account to purchase an itemAt the end they asked if I wanted to be billed or payI chose be billed - days later I get an email that says we need a physical address to ship toI responded and gave them my addressThe next day I received an email telling me to contact their officeI called and spoke to a lade who informed me that I had to pay firstI pulled out my credit card and paid for the productThen when I got to my job, I was told I had a call from QuillWHAT! how did they get my phone number here: I called them and spoke to another lady, she told me that she did not show the payment but would be happy to take itI said I am not paying you twice, but I would like to know how you got my phone number for my work, she got rude and said this is >>>> I said yes the account is for my business but the phone number is my employer and this number should not be associated with you or my accountShe stated we have our ways but I show that your payment did not go through because the address does not match the cardI said all our mail goes to the PO box but you wont deliver there, she said NO the address must match the cardI disconnected the callPoorly trained repsPoor service and rude repsPoor rulesMany businesses use a PO box for their mailing addressWhat is wrong with people

Our office has been doing business with Quill for years nowThey are always fast on shipping and quick to resolve any issues with products or billingWe have a small mom-and-pop type of shop and never once have we been "scammed" or mislead in any way from anyone even associated with QuillThere also usually some type of copoun or rebate going on that either saves us MORE money or gets us some free giftsThe best place to buy for your office, wether corpoarte or home

Horrible experience with this company I'm a sucker for door to door sales people so in septI ordered three boxes of letter size paper and paid for them I only received two boxes and received a credit for the "lost " boxIt turned out the one of the two boxes originally delievered was 11xpaper So I'm on the phone again and have to lug the legal size paper accross town to return it I ultimately ended up with three boxes of letter size paper - and paid for same Quill says I owe $, for waht I don't know Wrote letter on 10/2014-no reply, talked to a "Larry" on 11/who was going to take care of it, sent a fax on 2/25/- no replyWouldn't deal with this company again if they were the only paper supply company in the world

They tried to charge my card for it! We received 2/items in the end for what we purchasedRather then sending the item back, we want the item we purchased and nothing less
