Joe Bob came to do the annual inspection of our air conditioner He checked all of the stuff on the outside compressor with gauges and thermometers Then he checked the inside unit -- fan and filter and other stuff He is always very careful and efficient I was not through and I got bumped off
I called Scottco to check my AC unit because the fan on the outside unit was not workingKelly Byrd was sent to check the unitHe discovered that the unit had been installed by another company and did not have a thermistor installed to allow the heat pump to work and this was resulting in the fan not operatingHe made the repair and the fan began operatingHe was friendly and explained the repair that was made I plan to call Scottco for any future AC/Heating repairs
I am completely impressed with Scottco! I had a very difficult heating situation in a very old home They took the time to access my issues and offer multiple options They were always prompt on getting back to me and communication! I think I ended up with the best option possible in my budget They went above and beyond by replacing an outlet that looked dangerous It wasn't even being used by the equiptment! I am so glad I chose this company for my home Although it is a larger company in Amarillo I felt like I got a very personal experience
