The only time I ever had an issue, I called them back up and they immediately sent the same plumbing tech out to my house, he determined why the earlier fix did not work, and promptly fixed it. After that, there were no more issues. I would recommend Scottco to anyone who needs plumbing, heating, air conditioning, or electrical services.
I am completely impressed with Scottco! I had a very difficult heating situation in a very old home. They took the time to access my issues and offer multiple options. They were always prompt on getting back to me and communication! I think I ended up with the best option possible in my budget. They went above and beyond by replacing an outlet that looked dangerous. It wasn't even being used by the equiptment! I am so glad I chose this company for my home. Although it is a larger company in Amarillo I felt like I got a very personal experience.

I called Scottco to check my AC unit because the fan on the outside unit was not working. Kelly Byrd was sent to check the unit. He discovered that the unit had been installed by another company and did not have a thermistor installed to allow the heat pump to work and this was resulting in the fan not operating. He made the repair and the fan began operating. He was friendly and explained the repair that was made.
I plan to call Scottco for any future AC/Heating repairs.

Joe Bob came to do the annual inspection of our air conditioner. He checked all of the stuff on the outside compressor with gauges and thermometers. Then he checked the inside unit -- fan and filter and other stuff. He is always very careful and efficient.
Greg Anderson responded to our request for help on a leak in the sprinkler system. Not only was he very prompt, but he was also very helpful. He had to return the next day to make the necessary repairs, and he did a very professional job.
