I have been a customer of Scottco since 2008, and I have had nothing but great experience with them Most recently, HVAC tech Calvin Shelped me pinpoint a problem with my two-zone HVAC system that was preventing my home from heating properly Calvin was always on time as promised, respectful, neat, and very knowledgeableAnd he is not the exception - all techs I have had contact with have been great, regardless whether plumbing, electrical, or HVAC I am a Scottco customer for life!

We had a plumber to come fix our bathroom sink He had to cut a hole in the wall to get at the pipe He had to leave to get a battery for his saw and was gone over an hour He had to go back to a previous job then hunt down someone to pay for that job I feel like that should have been taken care of before coming here and he should have been prepared with a backup battery He punched through the wall in the next room in the process of cutting this hole, and we are left to patch all of that--under the sink and in the other room How do you consider that not part of your job--to leave those holes? I feel someone in the company should be out to take care of that

Josh Scame to our house and replaced the hot water heater on Monday 5-9-Josh was very professional and did a fantastic jobThis is the reason I call Scottco for all of my home repairs as they have the best repair personnel and are very professionalI had Josh come back on Tuesday 5-10-and he replaced my kitchen faucetI can't say enough about the super service that Josh has done for me as he is a great asset for Scottco
We were impressed with the entire team from Scottco who did our FREE spring tune up on the plumbing,electrical, heating and air conditioning. Cindy scheduled everything so that the entire team of technicians made very little disruption to our afternoon. We would especially like to applaud the careful work and extra time that Jason Morton took in correcting some improper wiring on one of the AC units and the wealth of information concernung the heating/air conditioning systems that he shared with us that will help us obtain optimal use and service life. Your company is blessed to have such dedicated employees and we are thankful to be your customers!
I appreciate the timeliness of Scottco coming out to my house after speaking with me about my AC issue. Kelly B. was thorough and took time to explain what he identified as the source of the problem. He discussed my options to correct the issue and explained the costs associated. He was very friendly and professional and I would certainly call Scottco again in the future if I needed them.
Ronnie has done several repairs on my house. Normal items that wear out over time. He always does a great job, I trust him, and he cleans up after himself. Answers all questions and explains what it is that he's doing and why.
Received outstanding repair service, with incredibly promptness, from Calvin [redacted] with Scottco. Out AC quit working after 5:00 pm recently and I was hesitant to call in a service request, fearing overtime had kicked in after 5:00. The young lady who took my call assured me that it was absolutely no problem sending someone out, after normal hours, and literally Calvin was at my front door within 15 minutes. My AC issues turned out to be a minor fix but Calvin was very friendly, professional and eager to make sure we were left feeling comfortable & taken care of. A fine young man and so typical of the type of professional service technicians employed by Scottco. Thank you Calvin & Scottco for a job very well done.
