To whom it may concern
I have taken this opportunity to review the complaint as well as the call in questionI would like to point out under the FDCPA we are not allow to leave the name of the company nor the person we are trying to contact on a recorderThis is the law we are required
to followWhile our recording show we did ask for a partial address verification, the consumer refusedWe are required by law to verify the person whom we have on the phone is the correct personIf the consumer refuses to verify, we can't go further as to why we are callingThis is for the protection of the consumer
At this point we have closed the account that is in the consumer name with the same address as on the complaintWe will no longer make any attempt to contact the consumer
If you have any further questions, feel free to contact our office

I have attached a copy of the validation that was sent to the consumer on May 25, While I can understand the concerns the consumer has about what is being reported on their credit reportI have taken this opportunity to start the process to remove this item for now, until we can determine if
this is the right partyOnce it has been determine we do have the right party, this item will be placed back on the correct credit report, this process should take a few days
If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at ***

To Whom It May Concern:
I have taken this opportunity to review this complaint and interview the rep who was named in this complaintI believe there has been a miscommunication, the rep works for NSBI in the Subrogation unitThis unit does not handle consumer debts, they only handle State
Farm claims which are a civil tort claimsI would asked that the consumer call me directly at ***This is my direct line, if I don't answer please leave a message and I will call the consumer back. I will see what I can do to help resolve this matter
Thank you,
Bob P***

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
We won't be able to accept the response until there is clear documentation that the charge has been removed, especially because the company's initial "investigation" concluded the bill was appropriate even though we live thousands of miles away We will need to continue to pursue this matter aggressively until it is totally cleared up Not only is it a $1700+ bill that is lowering our credit rating, but, the documentation that you sent says that the person for whom this bill was generated received a dose of Narcan, which is used for heroin overdosesTotally unacceptable I can be reached at *** during work hours or at *** on my cell during off hours
Sincerely,*** ***

Ms*** has a personal business matter in our office and the necessary documentation has been sent to her, her account will be updated once the account has been financially resolved

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
Dear MrP***,
If the Rep that contacted me does not work for your employer and is an employed through a different company I am confused as to why I would contact you in this matter? The Rep that called me stated he was an employee of your company this is how I got your company name To add the rep stated "he" (meaning under the umbrella of your company) had authority to suspend a persons drivers license directly throwing out the name to me " Washington Department of Licensing(DOL) and Department of Motor Vehicles(DMV)." National Services Bureau(NSB) is the company name the Rep stated as his employer; furthermore, NSB is an umbrella company under DOL or DMV and/ or a sister agency like violations bureau If the Rep indeed is employed by State Farm Subrogation Dept he is way off his job title description He is SUBROGATION: meaning he acts on behalf of the insured policyholder who was found to be at fault for the accident by rear ending the "at a complete stop" driver a head of him Washington as you know is at Fault State The " State Farm Subjugation Rep" is attempting to bully the driver of the vehicle behind his client with impersonation Quoting falsely that the driver behind his client's vehicle owes over $ dollars for the replacement of a new bumper on his clients car How was this bumper replacement amount derived? Who concluded the bumper was non repairable after the driver himself was witnessed by police officer and others at scene of accident ripping off his own bumper and tossing it in the ditch at roadside What court heard this case without my knowledge and made judgement against me that I owe 100% at fault damages? Again, Washington is at fault state and civil tort requires a case to be filed with the judicial courts of King County. Since you MrP*** have a repore with the State Farm Rep and have concluded after speaking with him that miscommunication was the culprit here, Please let him know I have no intention on contacting a person that misrepresented himself nor do I plan on paying for a debt that I am not at fault forNor do I appreciate the threat of my license suspend if I didn't pay the demanded amount in full immediately MrState Farm Sub Agent would have me believe that No Insurance Coverage means automatic 100% fault and 100% liability for all damagesNo Insurance has penalties under the RCW Traffic law Codes and steep fines apply, but no where does it state an insurance company can seek out any damages they see fit per the company's digression without a judicial judgement and have authority to suspend a license per " I said so". We wont mention that MrState Farm called and threatened a person who is not the driver nor is the vehicle registered owner But per MrState Farm is required by law to show proof otherwise directly to him. Thank you for contacting MrState Farm MrP*** Funny thing here I see that National Service Bureau is being sued currently and has in recent past been sued for falsifying business name and doing business as NSBI and Seattle Service Bureau and illegally demanding payment from consumers on balances that were bogusIt appears your company is a collection agency and State Farm hands you assignments with balances that are bogus and unsubstantiated Regards,*** ***

Regarding the request for DrR***, she stated she is needing validation to the account which we are still waiting on from our client upon receipt we will forward the information to her for her review

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
This claim is for a car accident that took place 09-12-where Mr*** backed into our insuredSince Mr*** was driving with no insurance or at the very least did not provide his insurance informationOur company made several attempts to talk to
Mr*** in which our calls were not returned.
On 11-05-Mr*** requested no more calls to any number we have on fileWe have since blocked all numbers on his account so there has not been any attempts to call him
If you have any questions, feel free to contact me directly at ***
Thank you

Vice President of Operations

I have taken the time to review the complaint filed by the consumerI have also listen to the recording that NSBI hasFirst I would like to point out this is not a consumer debt as pointed out by the consumerThe FDCPA does not apply to a civil tort claimTherefore the agent who called, has the
right to talk to who ever picks up the phoneWith that being said, I have closed the file back to State Farm to take what ever action they deemThe request for suspension has been sent, the consumer has to understand the state of Cahas stiff rules about driving with no insurance
There will be no more calls to the consumer by NSBI
Thank you,

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
MrP*** stated his company ( what is his company type of business) is not the company Eric called fromEric works for State Farm Subornation DeptIf MrP*** company is accepting debt assignments from State Farm....that would lead me to believe MrP*** works for a collection agency I spoke to an attorney in Traffic Laws and he quoted " collection agencies can not suspend your license."
Washington is a "Fault" statewhich means Civil Tort Civil Tort is handled by the courts % of fault and damages are to be decided in a court of law not at the desk of State Farm Subornation Dept acting on behalf of the client (policyholder with under insured coverage).
If what Mr.P*** is stating was true ALL Subornation Reps would recap 100% of all accidents their employer paid out onNo unbiased court system required and the DMV would suspend driving privileged without court ordersIn other words DMV would consider an insurance company employee equitable to make unbiased at fault decisions and assign financial responsibility amounts per the client (Policyholder) choice of auto repair shops
A Traffic infraction is just that, an infraction It does not assign fault of accident The client does not assign fault of accidentA witness does not assign fault, they testify to what they witnessedWitnesses' are known to recall much differently
MrP*** and Eric from State Farm: I can not, nor will the "***'s be contacting you to set up a payment plan on the over priced bumper replacement of your client (policyholder) vehicleWho determined the bumper required replacement, the client who ripped it off? Your "payment plan" is written contract that only requires a signature or recorded agreement to be legally bindingYour payment plan contract only pertains to "your" best interest and State Farms.
I would like documentation that proves your company has authority to submit consumers names requesting suspension based your business partners assignment of accounts.
I and the "***'s" will attain an attorney in response to any actions State Farm, State Farm Subornation, State Farm National Subornation, Seattle Services Bureau, National Services Bureau or any other business names doing business as where this matter is concerned.
Thank you kindly MrP*** for your generious offer and more importantly for your clarification on behalf of State FarmI will assume Seattle Services Bureau accepted assignment to this account uopn your interception of my complaint to the Revdex.com.
Best Regards,
*** ***
CC: Revdex.com
P.S.: Will Revdex.com conduct a review on "Seattle Service Bureau" DBA "National Service Bureau" to confirm and validate MrP***'s statements concerning his employers type of business (ie.: debt collector) having authority to request a suspension of consumers drivers license and State Farm's waivability to a Civil Tort Case Also the required documentation that must accompany the accepted account assignment( of a third party) providing proof of the consumers liability to the debt

National Service Bureau is in receipt of the Mr*** rejection of our response. National Service Bureau is sorry that Mr*** has experienced any frustration regarding the claim placed in our office for subrogationMr*** was the actual party named in a police report provided by the Greenville Police department. In general a police report is considered a bona fide record of events beyond reproachIf the police report would not of identified Mr*** in error then our agency never would of contacted him in regards to the collisionAlso be aware that National Service Bureau does not actually issue suspension of a drivers privilege's. That step is taken by the Department of Safety and the Department of Motor Vehicles These agencies do not simply suspend by accusation aloneThey also operated on the same information provided to our agency and none of their fail safes prevented the issue as all information for all parties seemingly met due diligence standards. If it is was as simple as the Department of safety stating wrong party, then they would of have and rejected the suspension request, which they did notAlso Mr*** should be assured that this Tort claim in no way is considered a debt and he faces no potential credit reporting impact.Thank you,Erik R***Compliance and AssuranceNational Service Bureau, INC.*** ***nsbi.net
